Recently, China's first deep-sea multi-functional scientific research and cultural relics archaeological ship "Exploration III" completed the sea trial, and the trial results all reached the standards.
The ship is independently developed and designed and built in China, with a length of about 104 meters, a displacement of about 10,000 tons, a maximum speed of 16 knots, a continue voage course of 15,000 nautical miles, and a crew of 80 people.
As a supporting enterprise in the professional field of ship roll reduction system, Hunter Marine tailor-made a pair of retractable fin stabilizer for the ship, with a single fin area of 9 square meters, and this type of device is a new generation of high-efficiency fin independently developed by China. Under the state of design draft and service speed, the use of stabilizer fins can achieve more than 85% of roll reduction effect. During the trial voyage of the "Tan Suo San Hao", it encountered a level 5 sea state with a wave height of more than 4 meters, and with the help of fin stabilizer, the ship sailed at full speed, and the anti-rolling performance was tested.
In recent years, HUNTER MARINE has been moving towards the international market, and gradually gained a firm foothold in the European route, China-Korea route and China-Japan route. In terms of export vessels, the vessels ‘Fantasy’ and ‘Legacy’ of Mediterranean Shipping Company(MSC), ‘Pioneer’ and ‘Liberté’ of P&O, ‘Finncanopus’ and ‘Finnsirius’ of Finnlines, and France CPTM ‘Aranoa’, and other ships, a total of more than ten sets of installation use.In terms of domestic ropax vessels, the installation has been carried out on the ‘Oriental Pearl 8’, ‘East China Pearl 8’, ‘New Shijima Pearl’, ‘Gunsan Pearl’, ‘New Yonghua Pearl’, 'Harmonious Yungang','China Renaissance','Bohai Sea Pearl' (series of vessels) total of 90 sets of ropaxes have been installed for use.
