不想让生活环境充斥着垃圾，最直接的方式就是展开行动。
过去一个月，中国顺手捡跑团一直在行动！
Time flies!! It has been a crazy month with many events and a busy schedule!
So, let’s see what we have done, thanks to your support and active participation
Hello from Suzhou, on Earth Day :)
地球日4月22日，中国顺手捡跑团参与了由MC Mountain Calling特别主办的苏州穹窿山净山活动。
随着越来越多的人走进大自然，大自然的环境也在经受考验，作为户外人的我们应该尽一份力，眼到之处的垃圾都被我们捡起来了。
这次净山活动不少家长带着小孩参与，小朋友们勇敢穿行山间路上，跟随跑团其他成员顺手捡起匿藏在丛草中的烟头、塑料瓶、塑料袋等不起眼的垃圾。
每捡到一块垃圾，都 “如获至宝”，小心翼翼放进垃圾袋，为美化环境贡献一分力量。
Many, many thanks for Mountain Calling and their awesome initiative! It was great fun joining the mountain cleaning, and we got some pretty big trash bags loaded.
让许多迷路的垃圾找到了属于自己的家，从此不再流浪山野之间。值得一提的是，我们顺手捡到的垃圾交给当地的清道夫团队，有他们处理后续的分类和回收，非常感谢他们！
What we loved was that so many kids and families joined the run/walk! Aaaand the bags were given to a local waste management team which is in charge of handling the recycling process.
Yup, that’s us with some of the trash.

经过我们 “扫荡”的穹窿山是不是更加美了呢？
中国顺手捡跑团的足迹不仅在苏州，我们十分有幸受邀参与上海市松江区九亭镇主办的奔跑活动。
What else did we do?!
大好晴天下，我们相约在上海临港松江科技城，为公益注入我们青春的力量。在进行了授旗仪式、启动仪式、赛前热身后，我们一鼓作气完成了7公里健康跑。
So stoked to share that we joined a community run event in Songjiang district, Shanghai!
It was an absolute blast, and very glad for the opportunity and invitation.

After the Trash Running idea was introduced to the participants, we ran 7 kilometers along the streets and parks of the neighborhood - despite the suuuper hot weather, it was a fun event and we were honored to be part of it.
Looking forward for more to come!

沿途美景，让我们更加坚定守护一方净土的决心。以下是我们当天的四位“垃圾女王”~
中国顺手捡跑团固定节目：每周三上海市区顺手捡活动。（千万别以为上海市区没啥垃圾可以捡！）
Last but not least, a quick catch-up on our weekly evening runs in downtown Shanghai.
我们沿着小区街道、绿化带对街道，草丛两侧对水果皮、纸屑、白色垃圾进行清理，连一个小小的烟头都绝不放过，让这个城市恢复美丽的样子。
You'd think there's no trash in Shanghai city centre?! Come and see (pick up) yourself next week!
中国顺手捡跑团成员们可能之前素未谋面，而现下为相同的目标，做着同一件事，以微薄之力守护美好环境，以实际行动宣传环保理念。
