Rotor Sail (Booth W5B2A)

Wind-assisted propulsion systems can play a significant role in the green and low-carbon transformation of the shipping industry. Modern wind-assisted systems are designed to complement traditional propulsion methods, creating a hybrid system that maximizes energy eﬃciency and reduces the environmental impact of vessels, thereby contributing to the green and low-carbon transition. Among these systems, the outer rotor developed based on the Magnus effect demonstrates the best auxiliary propulsion performance, capable of reducing carbon emissions and fuel consumption by 5%–20%.

Fin Stabilizer（Booth N3E4A-01）

Fin stabilizer is mounted on the sides of the ship and has a wing shape. Rotating the fins by the operating mechanism causes the water flow to exert a force thereon, thereby forming a damping moment and reducing the sway to reduce the hull roll. The equipment can improve the safety of the ship, improve the seaworthiness of the ship, improve the working conditions on the ship, improve the working efficiency of the crew.

Hunter Marine has provided large-scale fin stabilizers for many shipping companies such as MOBY LINE, P&O, and Finnlines. The largest fin stabilizer area that can be produced by us is 22㎡.

Gyro Stabilizer（Booth N3E4A-01）

Gyro Stabilizer is a high-speed rotating gyro rotor. When the ship rolls under the excitation of wave torque, the anti-rolling gyro device will process in the longitudinal direction of the ship. Due to the gyro effect of the high-speed rotor, the precession angular velocity of the gyro will cause a gyro torque that is opposite to the wave torque to achieve the anti-rolling function.
