THE CHEF:BRAD TURLEY

主厨:布拉德·图雷




Brad was born & raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, picking up summer jobs in a variety of F&B businesses.He started his professional cooking career in 1994, working for Roy Yamaguchi and last for 7 years. In 2001, Brad left Roy for Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.In 2003, he was introduced to Shanghai as the Exec. Chef of New Heights Restaurant. 2008, Brad opened Maya, Latin inspired cuisine, where they won restaurant of the year(09&10), best Latin Restaurant.October 2009,after a short leave,Brad returned to Shanghai, full of inspiration & fresh ideas, he left Maya and founded GoGa, opening our doors May 2, 2010.布拉德出生并生长在圣·弗朗西斯科海湾地区,在学校的时候就开始利用暑期从事各种餐饮类工作。他的职业厨师生涯开始于1994年,为大厨罗伊·亚马古奇工作,这段工作持续了7年。2001年,布拉德离开罗伊,来到越难,并于2003年被介绍至上海的新高地餐厅担任行政主厨。2008年,他自己开了一家名为玛雅的餐厅,主打拉美风格菜系,并于2009、2010年获得年度餐厅称号,以及最佳拉美餐厅称号。2009年,在作了一次短暂的离开后,布拉德再次回到上海,满怀激情和灵感,他离开了玛雅,创建了Goga,餐厅于2010年5月2日正式开业。






Hai by Goga



Hai is the sequel to veteran chef Brad Turley's wildly popular restaurant Goga. Perched on the seventh floor of The Shanghai Education Hotel, it boasts sweeping skyline views that can be appreciated from the beautiful open-air terrace or the glass encased dining room. The menu is a variety of casual California-style cuisine like fresh oysters, crab cakes, and Turley's signature sliders, as well as many Asian inspired dishes. Pairing amazing flavor combinations with the freshest ingredients, Hai offers a playful gourmet dining experience and the best of American hospitality and in a cool, casual atmosphere.Hai by Goga是布拉德继Goga餐厅之后的又一个项目。餐厅坐落在上海教育宾馆的7楼,在餐厅的露台或者透过餐厅的玻璃,可以欣赏到无比开阔的天际风景。餐厅主打的是加州风格菜系,如鲜生蚝,蟹黄蛋糕,以及布拉德的招牌菜,除此之外也有许多亚洲菜。
