2013年份比之前所尝过的那些年份更为凉爽,Quest是典型的波尔多混酿。在全新的法国橡木桶中陈酿18个月。其主导的香气为草本,极为浓郁的香料,以及作为背景的橡木桶,和些许浆果、药草等香气。口感方面,有波尔多品种所具有的优雅单宁,展现出一些鲜明的大西洋特点(在其他年份的Quest里感受到的则是地中海的特点),有优秀的酸度,以及令人印象深刻的持久度。该款酒所具有的紧致程度和平衡程度都表明其不是一款华而不实的酒。它所展现的微妙的优雅说明它应该在瓶中继续陈酿较长一段时间。我个人非常喜欢这款酒。随着时间的推移,它必然会更加成熟,值得期待。

Cooler than the previous to vintages I tasted last year the 2013 Quest is a Bordeaux blend.... It matured in brand new French oak barrels for 18 months. The dominant aromas are herbal, very spicy, with the oak in the background and a mixture of different berries and herbs. The palate shows the elegant tannins of the Bordeaux varieties, a clear Atlantic accent (it had some Mediterranean touches in other vintages) with good acidity and a remarkable length. There is austerity and balance here indicating that this is not a showy wine by any means. It has subtle elegance and it should age in bottle for a long time. I like this very much. It would be interested to follow its evolution.

这款酒是西班牙最好的黑比诺之一。2013年份的气候较往常明细寒冷很多,部分葡萄在天然石窟中进行发酵,随后在新法国橡木桶中进行苹果酸-乳酸发酵,以及长达11个月的陈酿。尽管如此,可以感觉到果实是充分成熟的,有些许奶油的特征和野莓、香料的香气。它还是一款非常年轻的酒,但已经可以看出它升华的潜质。它的酒体丝滑,单宁无比地圆润,并且有非常好的酸度,准确而清晰地展现着黑比诺葡萄品种主要的香气特点。假以时日,会在瓶中演化出更丰富的风味。

One of the best wines produced with the finicky Pinot Noir grape in Spain, the 2013 Acusp was sourced from vines at 1,000 meters altitude in a cold region from a very cold vintage that was part fermented in the old stone pools. The wine went through malolactic and 11 months aging in new French oak barrels. Despite all that, it feels fully ripe with some creamy notes and aromas of wild berries and spices. It is still a baby and showing the effect of the élevage, as is usually the case with this wine when so young. The texture is silky, the tannins are ultra-polished and it has good acidity with quite primary flavors that are precise and clean, more Pinot Noir than Costers del Segre. A very pleasant Pinot that needs to develop more nuances in bottle.

西班牙最具表现力的西拉之一。它在石窟(12世纪遗留下来!)、橡木桶、不锈钢桶等多种不同容器中进行发酵,随后转移到新法国橡木桶中进行苹果酸-乳酸发酵,并陈酿11个月。香气中并没有体现出橡木桶,草药特征的香气更为强烈。同时,它具有丰富的矿物,矿石等气息。酒体中等,具有优秀的结构和圆润的单宁,清爽的酸度和悠长的收尾。同样,这款酒也还非常年轻,需要在瓶中继续陈酿一段时间,今天的表现相比以往年份稍显逊色。
Wine Advocate Notes
One of the most expressive Syrahs from Spain. It was fermented in stone lagares (from the 12th century!), oak vats and stainless steel tanks and then transferred to new French oak barrels for malolactic and 11 months élevage. The nose does not show the oak, as the herbal character is stronger. At the same time it's quite a mineral, stony wine. The palate is medium-bodied, with a very fine texture and polished tannins, good acidity and length. It is still quite young and undeveloped so is in need of some time in bottle. It might improve with time but today I don't see it as the level of the previous vintages.

一款非常纯粹的雷司令,由阿尔巴里诺稍加修饰,2013的Ekam酿造于一个较寒冷的年份,部分葡萄已经染上贵腐霉菌。该款酒在不锈钢桶中陈酿9个月,与果渣一起。这款酒具有硫磺带来的特点,例如像青柠,白色花卉和微弱的矿物气息等。口感上非常年轻,感觉像一个婴儿,在瓶中会逐渐减去多余的脂肪,但已经让人感觉非常清爽和精准,酸度在回味中渐趋明显,留下清爽、新鲜的触觉。相比于2013年份的塔雷亚干白,该酒具有更丰富的香气。

A straight Riesling with a pinch of Albariño, the 2013 Ekam was fermented in a cold vintage when the grapes developed some botrytis. The wine was kept in contact with the lees in stainless steel vats for nine months. This one is clearly suffering from the bottling and still has plenty of notes derived from the sulfur, under which seems to be the telltale aromas of lime, white flowers and a subdued minerality. The palate feels very young with plenty of baby fat to be burned in bottle, but precise and fresh, with the acidity lifting the finish and leaving a clean, fresh sensation in the palate. It has more complexity than the 2013 Taleia.

2013年份的塔雷亚是由长相思和赛美蓉混酿而成,有点像凉爽年份的桑塞尔。葡萄种植在白垩土上,并且跟天然酵母一起在法国橡木桶、不锈钢桶和12世纪石窟中进行发酵。目前它的香气还比较闭塞,比起另一款酒-SO2来更为精巧,但是同时香气也更多样,像茴香、白色花卉,以及少量苹果。口感方面有更精巧的精度,以及一些矿物气息。

The unusual blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a little Semillon called 2013 Taleia was designed to be something like a cold vintage Sancerre. It is produced from vines planted on chalky soils that fermented with natural yeasts in a combination of new French oak barrels, stainless steel and very old stone pools. It might seem a little closed and more subtle than the -SO2, but there are also a greater diversity of aromas, aniseed, fennel and white flowers and less preponderance of the apple notes. The palate seems to have very good precision and show some minerality I didn't find in the -SO2.
