La Pedrera is run by a Chinese husband-and-wife duo that first opened the restaurant in Hangzhou two years ago. The restaurant received great acclaim, even voted as the “Best Spanish restaurant in Hangzhou”. Having lived in Spain for over 20 years, the couple loved Catalan art and culture so much that they decided to bring it to China.
