B+D Le Grand Tasting Shanghai, with over 80 winemakers gathering in one exclusive venue and a series of prestigious master classes showcasing some of the world’s finest wines, will surely bring an unforgetable experience to winelovers in China.

Ferrer Bobet is the result of a passion for the world and culture of wine of two friends, Sergi Ferrer-Salat and Raül Bobet, and reflects their commitment to the economic and social development of Priorat.Their project was started in 2002, and in 2008 their first two wines were released.

For their initial wines, Ferrer Bobet have used hundred-year-old Cariñena and Garnacha vines planted on some of the best vineyards in Priorat. Both two wines - Ferrer Bobet and Ferrer Bobet Selecció Especial aim to reflect the terroir that has embraced them. In the Japanese manga series about wine - The Drops of God, Ferrer Bobet Seleccio Especial 2008 was presented as the "11th Apostle" of 12 Apostles.

费雷·博贝特酒庄由酿酒师劳尔·博贝特和西班牙加泰罗尼亚地区的首富塞吉·费雷于2002年合作创立的酒庄,酒庄位于西班牙著名的普里奥拉产区。酒庄没有悠久的历史,但是却拥有丰富的老藤资源,这些老藤的树龄至少为80年,更多的则超过了100年。2005年份是酒庄的第一个年份,刚进入市场即好评如潮。自06年份开始,葡萄酒界的泰斗-罗伯特·帕克每年都会为酒庄的两款酒进行品鉴打分,迄今为止每个年份两款酒的得分都在90分以上。在著名日本葡萄酒题材漫画《神之水滴》中,2008年黑标被评为了"神之水滴"第十一使徒。

②安卡城堡庄园/Castell d'Encus

The origin of Castell d'Encus stems from the impact the location had on Raul Bobet in 2001while he was looking for land that could reduce the effects of climate change on vineyards around the Catalan Pyrenees. 23 of the 95 ha in the property have been planted with high density varieties. The rest of the land remains as a forest. The intention is to produce a limited number of bottles (6000 cases or less) exclusively from the fruit of our vineyards.

Fermented in stone:Because of its medieval aspect, the farm has a large number of fermentation vats carved in stone that work by gravity. After passing a few initial tests they are being reused for fermentation are an important part of our both our white and red wines.

③莫纳酒庄/Hacienda Monasterio

Hacienda Monasterio is set in an estate of 160 hectares, of which 78 are planted with vineyards. It is located between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero, two Duero valley towns famous for the quality of their wines. At the end of the XIX century, the estate was owned by the Lecanda family who pioneered a new form of wine production in this area.

The current wine cellar was built between 1991 and 1992 and as designed by the french architect Philippe Maziéres, who had previously worked for prestigious wine cellars such as Château Margaux, Château d'Yquem. Since 1990, Peter Sisseck is Hacienda Monasterio´s principal winemaker. He is anagronomy engineer and oenologue and graduated from Bordeaux University. He is the owner of another famouse winery in Spain - Dominio de Pingus.

④达根庄园/Clos d'Agon

The story of the Clos d’Agon winery begins in 1987, when a French couple decides to buy the old country house Mas Gil. The owners get advice from professionals at the University of Montpellier, and decide to pull up the old vineyard and plant prestigious French varieties for the production of quality wines.After this stage, six Swiss wine lovers and friends acquire this renowned viticultural environment in 1998 and hire, as wine consultant, the oenologist Peter Sisseck, who produces in Ribera del Duero great wines such as Pingus, Hacienda Monasterio, etc.

Currently, the technical director Miguel Coronado, advised by oenologist Peter Sisseck.The vineyard is situated on the plateau behind Calonge in the protected natural area ―Les Gavarres. It has a Mediterranean climate influenced by the Tramuntana and the breezes from the sea.The Red grape varieties that are used are Syrah,Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The white ones are Viognier,Marsanne and Roussane.They know that great wines are made in the vineyard and not in the cellar.

Codorníu is the world's largest producer of Cava. It was founded in Catalonia, Spain in 1551 and produces 60million bottles annually. The Codorníu family’s wine business goes back to the middle of the 16th century. A document of that period states that the family had several machines and implements relating to the wine industry. In 1659 Anna Codorníu married Miquel Raventós and the families, each with a long wine tradition, were united.

Years later, in 1872, Josep Raventós produced cava for the first time in Spain using the ―Traditional Method and established a completely new industry in the Alt Penedès region. The Codorníu cellars at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia were built on the orders of Manuel Raventós between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century (1895-1915).In 1976, the Codorníu cellars at Sant Sadurní d'Anoia were declared "a National Monument of Historical and Artistic Interest" by King Juan Carlos I.

Bodegas bilbainas was one of the wineries set up by French producers who fled Bordeaux during the Filoxera crisis. Hence,the frères et Cie company established itself on the site in the year 1859 and began producing red wines destined for export to France.Four decades later, a group of businessmen from Bilbao bought the winery and set up the company Bodegas Bilbainas S.A. in 1901. They purchased 13,500 m² of land on which the new winery was to built. From the very start Bodegas Bilbainas forged a name for itself as a producer of-estate wines and within a few years it had become a leading trademark for red Rioja wine. In 1925,Bodegas Bilbainas was awarded the title of Supplier to the Royal Household.

In 1997, a thorough renewal of the winery and its vineyards was undertaken following a change in shareholders. The first investment was in the vines, with the aim of genetically improving its varietals. The winery installations also underwent renovation and a new extension was added. The old winery along with the other buildings that made up the original architectural complex were renovated.

In 1941, it is when Mr Jose Sanchez-Cerezo acquires the ―Propiedad Viticola Casa Castillo for development of rosemary. In the property was a winery built in 1870 by French people.Is in 1985 when the second generation of the family (Mr Nemesio and his son Jose Maria Vicente) starts with a new project with the reconstruction of the vineyard and with the introduction of new varieties. In 1991 the wine cellar was reformed preserving the original structure.

The first wine was launched to the market in 1993 as ―Casa Castillo Crianza 1991. At present Jose Maria Vicente manages the "Casa Castillo. The estate dedicated to the cultivation of over 200 ha of vineyards, with the fruit produced entirely used for making wine in the property's winery. The effects of the area's own original character, its dryness and low temperatures, can be detected in the vineyards with their low yields and high concentration levels obtained naturally.

Compañía de Vinos del Atlántico (CVA) was founded in 2002 with the purpose of uniting the winemaking heritage of Alberto Orte and Patrick Mata’s families. Both of their families have been producing wine, independently, throughout Spain since the late 1800s.

CVA currently produces wines in 18 different appellations within the Iberian Peninsula. The goal of CVA is to handcraft "elaborar" wines that express the identity of the place where they come from. Throughout the years, CVA has been searching for great vineyard-sites which produce consistently superior wines compared to neighboring vineyards. Identifying indigenous varieties from old vines in high elevation vineyards tended in low yielding balanced soil is our primary compass in selecting the raw material we use to handcraft our fine wines.

Since 1920, Parxet has been producing cava in the Alella region north of Barcelona, home of the Pansa Blanca grape variety and the granite based Sauló soils. We work according to the traditional method of sparkling wine production, starting with selection of the vines and following the strictest respect for the natural product. The Alella region is formed by a great mass of granite.

The soils are generally poor in nutrients, with low water retention and a moderate pH. It's texture is variable: from the rough sandy sauló on the maritime side of the area, to the sandy clays on the inland plain. Whilst the older vineyards are still in Goblet (bush-vine)form, the newer plantations are all trellised using the cordon de royat system. The vines are pruned short, leaving 4 spurs with 2 shoots each to achieve the ideal balance of vigour and production.

Espelt is located in the Emporda region of Spain, an amphitheatre overlooking the sea, encircled by mountains. Although the Espelt family has been growing grapes for quite sometime, it was not until 2000 that they began to produce their own wine. With over 200 acres of vineyards planted to a multitude of varieties, Espelt’s ultra modern winery is responsible for some of the greatest values in the region with a whimsical sensibility.

The property islocated in the Northeast of Spain close to the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrenees mountains, an area with low rainfall and healthy cool winds from the north. It has very old vineyards planted on two National Parks on slate and granite soils. The road to the famed restaurant, El Bulli runs through the Espelt vineyards.
