THE WINES



White Wine No. 1

Decanter 95/100

Lemmon yellow colour. Notes of seed-fruits such as green-apples, and specially Blanquilla pears. The aftertaste is saline, with mineral notes and notes reminding of ginger mixed with lichees and other exotic fruits. 



White Wine No. 2

Robert Parker 93/100

A racy, medium-bodied blend. Crushed rocks, mint, lime and citrus blossom are some of the nuances here, Medium-bodied richness, beautiful purity of fruit and a clean, dry finish.



White Wine No. 3

Robert Parker 93/100

Bright pale yellow colour. Notes of white flowers and minerals are gradually nuanced by aromas of sweet spices, such as vanilla, on a nice background with hints of undergrowth. The spicy notes from the nose are again present in the mouth.


White Wine No. 4

James Halliday 95/100

Pale green in appearance with characters of lemon, lime and apple with some floral honeysuckle aspects on display along with a little mineral flintiness. The palate is fresh, crisp and dry.


Red Wine No. 1

Robert Parker 94/100

Floral notes (flower vine, jasmine) and spicy red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries are present in the nose. Silky with good acidity, with notes of undergrowth varietal. 


Red Wine No. 2
Decanter 95/100

Aromas of ripe dark cherry and strawberry compote along damp foresty notes. The fruit is complemented by just a hint of attractive charry French oak. Lush, ripe black fruit plus hints of dark chocolate and game.

Its intense dense purple color is accompanied by copious notes of kirsch, black raspberries, Blueberries and underbrush intertwined with hints of truffles and graphite.

Ripe cherry red colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit and give way to intense spiced nuances. Pleasant balsamic aromas, floral and aromatic herb notes over slight and very fine toasted hints and elegant mineral notes. 


Sweet Wine No. 1

Attractive intense golden yellow. Aniseed notes with hints of thyme, camomile tea and give it great aromatic complexity and breadth. The palate shows a moderate sweetness, fresh acidity, with hints of fine herbs and balsamic notes.



Sweet Wine No. 2

Robert Parker 93/100

Golden yellow. Hints of acacia flower, sandalwood, candied fruit, elegant and expressive. Ample attack. Well-balanced in the mouth, silky with a very good acidity.
