采用传统香槟法酿造;

瓶中二次发酵,带渣陈酿。

Vineyards at 150 meters above sea level, Granite, Sandy  soils;

Crafted using the Méthode classique

Fermentation in bottle at 12-13ºC and aging with lees till its slaughter

Originally hailing from Germany, Alexander began his culinary career as a Chef at the Frankfurt gourmet hotspot, Zarges. Over the next decade the personable chef went on to develop his skills at an eclectic range of hotels, resorts, restaurants, and pop-up events around theworld. This included a move overseas to Australia where worked at outstanding fine dining restaurants such as, “Alchemy” & “The Buffalo Club” wherehe further developed skills and techniques.


Alexander的烹饪生涯开始于德国法兰克福的美食家聚集地,Zarges。在接下来的数十年里,这位集才华与美貌于一身的年轻大厨,不断在各种等级的酒店、旅馆、餐厅工作,提升自己的烹饪技能。这其中包括他在澳大利亚期间工作过的一系列非常出色的Fine Dining餐厅,如:“Alchemy”,“The Buffalo Club”,在这些地方,他的烹饪技能得到了极大的飞跃。


Alexander is a dedicated and passionate chef who doesn’t follow the crowd; rather he's developed a special style combining ingredients and flavors, especially those which are challenging to pair.
