Mara Walz from Wuerttemberg is very much looking forward to her coming year in office as German wine princess. The 25-year-old has already completed her joint studies in viticulture and oenology in Neustadt and will now shift focus from her parent´s estate to work above all “on the modern image of Wine Country Germany”.

For more than 60 years, the German Wine Institute/Mainz and the German wine queen, flanked by two German wine princesses, have been a successful team. The first German wine queen was elected in 1949. They are ambassadors on behalf of German wine, as representatives of a wine culture that is rich in tradition, yet thoroughly contemporary.

Colca is serial restaurateur Eduardo Vargas trying the business strategy of "honesty" with this latest restaurant. He's cooking the food of his heritage: Peruvian. It's a nice place. Seating about 150 or so, a central patio area is housed by a cocktail bar on the one side, a private banquet table on the other, and the main dining area in a few larger rooms on the one end. Decor is sort of South American via "Shanghai chic." . The menu breaks down in seafood / shellfish, fish, and meat dishes, with guests mixing and matching lots of sharing options over a few different courses. Busy, busy fusion cuisine. Executed with a lot of style and personality.
Colca是爱德华多·瓦尔加斯尝试以“正直”这个理念来经营的一个新开餐厅。主打他最为擅长的菜系:秘鲁菜。这个地方非常优雅,可以坐大约150人左右。庭院的一侧设立了一个鸡尾酒吧,另外一侧则是私人宴会区域,主餐区则分为数个稍大一些的包间。这里的装饰风格主要是混合了上海特色的南美风格。菜单以海鲜/贝壳类,鱼类和肉类菜肴为主打,有非常多的搭配选项。
