Le Sommelier International & RAW are really thrilled to bring you The "Viñadores" Wine Dinner inspired in the Book "Los Nuevos Viñadores" by Luis Gutierrez (WA).

索玫烈和RAW餐厅将为大家带来一场主题为Viñadores的葡萄酒晚宴。此次晚宴得名于罗伯特·帕克团队里西班牙地区的负责人路易斯·古铁雷斯的新书《西班牙葡萄酒新势力》(“Los Nuevos Viñadores”)


Viñador is the Spanish adaptation for "Vigneron", only 12 Wineries have been selected by Gutierrez in the first Edition and we are lucky to showcase 4 of them for this Special Gastronomic Feast at RAW! Check it out!

Viñador是西班牙语,意味葡萄园/葡萄种植者,在路易斯·古铁雷斯这本书的第一版中,整个西班牙只有12家酒庄得以入选,其中4家酒庄的产品,在中国地区是由我们进口。此次晚宴,我们将携手RAW餐厅,将这4家酒庄的酒与RAW餐厅独特美食相结合,相信一定会为大家带来一个非常美妙的夜晚

Welcome to the new contemporary restaurant on the second floor of Yanping road 98. Seeking a “return to basics”, the RAW menu is based on quality produce and the use of cooking methods that respect the natural properties and flavors of the ingredients. The use of firewood and the high operating temperature of our Josper Charcoal Oven preserves the original taste and texture of the produce while enhancing traditional flavors.
