Azul



Prolific Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas' re-boot of his flagship brand formerly located on Dongping Lu. The new menu is mostly tapas with Spanish, South American, and Mediterranean inspiration along with a few share plates of charcuterie and cheese or hot dishes like rib or seafood rice. The real draw, however, is the space itself. Perched atop Ferguson Lanes new eight-story annex, it boasts a patio with sweeping views of the Puxi skyline.
