Aula Brut Cava


100% 马卡比奥,平均树龄30年;

葡萄园土壤为石灰岩,黏土,砂土,海拔600米;

瓶中二次发酵,带酵母陈酿12个月;



100% Macabeo, 30 years old vines;

Vineyards at 600 meters above sea level, 

Limestone, clay and sandy soils;

Fermented in the bottle, aged for 12 months in bottles with yeast.

80% 亚历山大麝香,20% 小粒麝香;

平均树龄15年;

葡萄园土壤为淤泥,石灰岩、砂土,海拔660米;

每种葡萄分开发酵,低温浸渍18个小时

不锈钢桶陈酿2个月;



80% Muscat Alejandría, 20% Muscat Petit Grain, 15 years old vines;

Vineyards at 660 meters above sea level, Silt, Limestone and sandy soils;

Each variety is fermented separately and cold-skin macerated for 18 hours,

Ageing for 2 months in stainless steel tanks

葡萄园土壤为石灰岩、板岩土,海拔700米;

不锈钢桶发酵16天

混凝土罐陈酿12个月,法国橡木桶陈酿4个月。



100% Garnacha, 35 years old vines;

Vineyards at 700 meters above sea level, Limestone and slate soils;

Fermented for 16 days in stainless steel tanks

Ageing for 12 months in concrete vats, 4 months in French oak.

PIRATA



The Columbia Circle addition to the homey Spanish-eatery brand by chef and owner Ling Huang. Latin-feeling spot with the wood and tiles, about thirty-six seats and a partly open kitchen. Menu remains heavily tapas-oriented, rolling out thick and quick from their Japanese-sushi inspired production scheme. Heaps of Ling's signature tapas, available in either single, small or large plate formats, to accommodate any group size. Hulu Sushi is located in the back, and the bar is Latin Woo during the day. 

比拉达是哥伦比亚环近旁新近增加的一颗明星,大厨Ling亲自打造了这个西班牙风味的品牌餐厅。这里装修用的木材和瓷砖,可以令你感受到浓浓的拉丁风情。这里总共有36个座位,并有半开放式厨房。菜单里有品种丰富的西班牙小吃。主厨Ling的招牌Tapas会根据用餐人数调整餐盘尺寸。在餐厅背后,就是著名的葫芦寿司,餐厅吧台则是在白天也会营业的拉丁屋。
