
Raventós de Alella Pansa Blanca 2015 is sourced from 60 years old vines ORGANICALLY planted on Saulo soils. The grapes from each vineyard were fermented separately. After fermentation the wines will keep in contact with the lees for 3 months.
拉文托斯潘莎干白葡萄酒,酿自于60年树龄的老藤葡萄。葡萄种植在扫罗土上,采用有机工艺进行种植。酿造时,来自于不同地块的葡萄分开进行发酵。发酵完成后,会继续带渣陈酿3个月,随后再装瓶。

About the Winery
Alella is a wine region over 2,000 years old, and with a native grape variety that can only be found in these 300 hectares, a stones throw from Barcelona. A sandstone terroir, low in nutrients makes for a refreshing acidity, unparalled depth and the fantastic maturity indicative of the Pansa Blanca grape.
阿雷亚产区有着超过2000年的酿酒历史,距离巴塞罗那仅咫尺之遥,被称为“潘莎白葡萄的故乡”,目前该品种仅有300公顷种植面积,都集中在阿雷亚。这里的砂石土,较为贫瘠,使得这里出产的潘莎白葡萄酒具有非常清新的酸度,出众的深度,和美妙的成熟度。
Raventós de Alella is the best expression of the passion of a new generation in following their dream to show the world the importance of one region and one variety. The winery is nestled between ancient vines and woodland on the inland face of the mountain ridge that runs through the centre of the D.O. Ever since 1981, when the first wine was produced in the modern winery, the philosophy of them has been to expand the possibilities of the region’s native grape, the Pansa Blanca.
拉文托斯酒庄是阿雷亚产区众多酒庄中,年轻一代的代表者,继承了老一辈酿酒人的梦想:要向世界展示阿雷亚产区和潘莎白葡萄的魅力。酒庄坐落在历史久远的葡萄园和森林里,正对着横贯阿雷亚中部的山脉。酒庄自1981年成立并酿出第一瓶酒的时候,就有了成型的酿酒哲学,要致力于开发潘莎白葡萄的所有潜能。
