Emilio, a true Valencian will be cooking up a quintessential hometown dish, Arros Del Senyoret, which was first rustled up by sailors who lived and worked on the Mediterranean sea! Emilio will be using his trusted family recipes for proper taste of Valencia.

Arros del Senyoret


The story of Arros del Senyoret goes that a rich man loved to eat Arroz de Marisco, a delicious Valencian seafood paella, but hated getting his fingers messy or using a knife. The restaurateur came up with a simple solution - he made the dish with shelled seafood and filleted fish, and handed a spoon to his happy customer. And so L'Arros del Senyoret, or Gentleman's Rice, was born.

“绅士海鲜饭”(L'Arros del Senyoret)的由来有一个故事。有一位富豪绅士,特别钟情一款名为Arroz de Marisco的瓦伦西亚海鲜饭,但是他不喜欢弄脏他的手指,也不喜欢用刀。于是餐厅想了一个简洁的解决方案:把这款海鲜饭的海鲜装进一个贝壳里,并且把鱼切成片,这样这个绅士只需用勺子就可以享受到他所钟爱的美味。“绅士海鲜饭”就这样诞生了。











TOMATITO



The very first TOMATITO opened its doors in 2014. It is the casual little brother of El Willy in Shanghai, created by Spanish chef Willy Trullàs Moreno. We refer to TOMATITO as a “Sexy Tapas Bar.” It’s focused on family-style dining, and we instill the element of fun—it’s bold, colorful, and funky.

Inspired by the Spanish bars from the 80’s, with a modern twist, with 3 locations across Asia (Shanghai, Manila, Saigon); the design by Max Trullàs of MTMDESIGN, reflects an evolution of the concept in each restaurant with a sexy common note. The atmosphere is relaxing, funky and a perfect place to have a meal or just grab a bite or even have a couple drinks!

餐厅由 Max Trullàs 设计,风格灵感来自于 80 年代的西班牙并融合了现代的元素, 在亚洲共有三家门店(上海,马尼拉,西贡),而这三家门店均有各自独特的一面。在这样一个放松,时髦的气氛里,享用美食和美酒,绝对是其乐融融!


The new menu still takes classics from the Spanish cuisine; rice dishes like Paella, fish, meat, vegetables and SEXY tapas “two-fingers one-bite” creative dishes which are always fun to eat and delicious to the palate. New additions to the menu include Sexy Live Seafood, Sexy Meats from the Grill, more choices in Paella and sexy “two-fingers one-bites”! We combine working with local producers to keep the maximum quality and freshness, and importing from Spain like the famous Jamon ibérico. 

新的菜单我们依然延续了西班牙美食的精髓,并加之“两指一口”创意小食。与此同时新的菜单,我们还添加了生猛海鲜,烤肉,更多种类的西班牙海鲜饭和 “两指一口”创意小食。我们还和西班牙当地的厂家取得了更好的合作, 可以将最新鲜及质量最好的餐厅 带到餐桌上,当然肯定离不开最著名的伊比利亚火腿!
