ABOUT THE WINERY
Barcino by CVA
Barcino is made by the CVA with the cooperation with the largest vineyard owner in the Penedés region, which only makes wine with the best 40% of its grapes. The vineyards are located in Zone 5 in northeastern Spain, in the Alt (High) Penedés subregion of the Penedés DO. It’s a few miles south of Barcelona in the town of Vilafranca del Penedès. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea at 176 meters (577 ft.) elevation. The topsoil is limestone and sand; the latter provides good drainage into the deeper water- retaining layers of clay subsoil and nourishes the vine when necessary.

Bodegas El Angosto
Angosto Cellar belongs to Viveros Cambra and its located in Santa Rosa Estate in Ontinyent (Valencia), after having restored the old cellar located inside. The winery is started with the anxiety of producing wines thanks to the potential diversity of different grape varieties, the Mediterranean climate is a place of predilection. The Angosto produces high quality wines and it owns 90 hectares of vineyard. This whole area is harvested by hand.
