Azul
Prolific Peruvian restaurateur Eduardo Vargas' re-boot of his flagship brand formerly located on Wukang Lu. The new menu is mostly tapas with Spanish, South American, and Mediterranean inspiration along with a few share plates of charcuterie and cheese or hot dishes like rib or seafood rice. The real draw, however, is the space itself.
