2021年11月27日，上海博沃总部基地建设随着第一根桩的打入拉开序幕，受疫情影响，整体施工作业处于时断时续状态，尤其2022年3月中旬至6月初，因上海疫情大范围蔓延而被迫中断，直至6月初逐步恢复正常施工。

面对时下疫情反复和连续高温的双重考验，公司组织施工单位讨论制定了明确的总体目标和具体可行的施工进度计划，确定和优化各施工关键节点路线，制定审核关键工序作业方案，坚持防疫和建设两手抓，统筹安排人员、设备、材料，围绕9月中旬总部基地土建结构整体封顶及现场安全质量双达标的目标，利用数字孪生平台技术，提前发现设计中存在的各类问题，避免施工中的返工。自6月初复工以来，工地建设井然有序，掀起一波建设高潮。
Facing the double challenges of repeated epidemic and continuous high temperature, the company discussed with the construction company and formulated clear overall objectives and specific and feasible construction schedules, determined and optimized the key construction steps, formulated and reviewed the operation plan of key processes, managed to balance epidemic prevention and construction, and made overall arrangements for personnel, equipment and materials. Focusing on the goal of the achieving overall capping of the civil structure and meeting the dual standards of on-site safety and quality in mid-September, the digital twin platform technology has been used to find various problems in the design in advance and avoid rework in the construction. Since the resumption of work in early June, the construction site has been in order and set off a new upsurge of construction.
