Stellar Nebula是对传统玻璃制造工艺的全新诠释，它是BIG设计师团队的创新视野和 Artemide 的精湛工艺完美结合的产物。
Stellar Nebula is an interpretation of traditional glass manufacturing with BIG innovative vision and Artemide knowhow.
Stellar Nebula一词源于拉丁语，即星云的意思。星云是宇宙空间中最神秘，最瑰丽的一种天体，它们五颜六色，形状不一，高高地挂在天空中，将漆黑的宇宙变得绚丽多姿。
The word Stellar Nebula comes from Latin, which means nebulae. Nebulae are the most mysterious and magnificent celestial bodies in the universe. They are colorful and different in shape. They hang high in the sky and make the dark universe colorful.
BIG设计师团队在设计这款灯时，将传统的玻璃吹制工艺与创新的二向色精加工工艺相结合，打造出极具多样性的作品，我猜想，是想让Stellar Nebula灯如星云般点亮我们的世界吧。
When designing this lamp, the designers of BIG team combined traditional glass blowing technique with innovative dichroic finishing to create very diversified pieces of work, I guess, the purpose is to make the Stellar Nebula light like a nebula to light up our world.

The master glassmaker is called upon not only to give shape by blowing inside the standardized mold but to express his know-how with interventions that softly reshape the regularity of the basic geometry and accentuate the diversity of each piece made by hand.
The crystal glass created is then treated with an innovative dichroic finishing process.

A playful vision
今天着重介绍的是Stellar Nebula台灯。这款台灯在设计时没有为吹制玻璃灯罩添加固定元素，而是用一个透明的玻璃环与灯罩相结合，作为该灯的底座，以适应 Stellar Nebula 始终不同的几何形状。
The new table version does not add fixed elements to the blown glass diffuser, it simply combines it with a transparent glass ring that acts as the perfect base to accommodate the always different geometries of Stellar Nebula.
灯罩可以放置在这个环上，根据自由倾斜度给予支撑，增强其简单性和独特性，而不会干扰通过二向色饰面过滤的光的浅色反射。
The diffuser can be placed on this ring which supports it according to free inclinations, enhancing its simplicity and uniqueness without interfering with the light colored reflections of the light that filter through the dichroic finish.
