DEKRA，关注法规更新
新加坡贸易和工业部属下的 SPRING Singapore 于2018年1月15日发布了修订版的保护消费者安全法规(CPSR)。
此次修订变化较大，主要体现在三个方面：
CPSR 管控的电器产品由原来45类修整到33类。在市面上已淘汰的一些产品在管控列表中被删去，而备受关注的LED台灯/落地灯、LED 灯串则被新增到管控范围内，同时增加的还有直发器、卷发器等。新增产品有一年的过渡期，将于2019年1月14日起正式强制管控。
按照产品风险等级， 管控列表中的33类产品被划分为三个级别：低风险类，中风险类和高风险类。
针对不同风险等级的产品，符合性评估方法不同：

其中新增的 LED台灯/落地灯属于低风险类，接受供应商宣称； 而 LED 灯串、直发器、卷发器属于中风险类，需要向发证机构申请认证证书。

DEKRA 作为全球独立第三方检验检测认证机构，时刻关注法规更新，提醒各大供应商及相关企业，上述产品进入新加坡市场，需要满足上述符合性评估方法并且由当地供应商在SPRING当局进行注册（LOA），产品上应打上“SAFETY MARK”。
