250-300TPH Crusher Plant Put into Production in West Java

In response to the increasing demand for construction aggregates in West Java, Indonesia, a client urgently needed to build a stable, reliable, and efficient aggregate production line. After fully comparing and inspecting the global crushing and screening suppliers, the customer resolutely chose ZENITH as the supplier of new stone material line equipment.

In order to provide customer with more efficient and high-quality services, the staff of ZENITH's office in Indonesia assisted customer in the whole process of professional and rigourous project site selection, equipment process selection, production line arrangement, steel frame foundation design and other work. Until recently, the project was successfully put into production. Customer was very satisfied with ZENITH's localised professional and meticulous services and excellent products.

Primary crushing and feeding

After raw materials dumped into LC4*4m hopper, the stones are fed into the jaw crusher constantly with grizzly vibrating feeder, while the clay is separated through the grizzly bars. Adopting heavy-duty modular structure, immersion-type thin oil lubrication, FV high efficiency vibrator, powerful compound spring and ABB frequency converter, F5X1345 feeder ensures clay separation and continuous feeding. The PEW860 jaw crusher adopts European V-type crushing chamber, integrated cast steel frame bearing seat, centralized lubrication, and hydraulic wedge adjustment, which increases crushing efficiency meanwhile with very convenient operation and maintenance.

Output from jaw crusher is transferred to the seconday & tertiary cone crushers and screens from a buffering stock pile which is deisgned to realize continous production when there’s maintenance to the jaw crusher or the secondary/tertiary crushers. The secondary & tertiary Symons-type cone crushers S51’’std and S51’’shd both adopt 185kw motor, hydraulic chamber clearance device, hydraulic CSS adjustment jack, automatic thin oil lubricaiton & air cooling system, and Siemens PLC & touch screen control panels, which is a very economic and reliable choice.

S5X2760-3 and S5X2160-2 screens are selected to produce 5 different sized outputs. S5X series high efficiency vibrating screen adopts strengthened body structure, SV modular vibrator, rubber springs, and grease oil & labrynth seal lubricaiton, which is the most advanced and reliable choice of aggregate separation equipment. All main machineries are using MP series modular steel strutures with stable structure design and easy installation advantages. Meanwhile, the centralized control system for the whole plant adopts Siemens PLC, ABB frequency converter, ABB AC contactor & conponents, that attributes to easy operation and stable production.
