After feeding with the truck, raw material stone is fed to Hopper LC4x4m, then they will be sent into Feeder for crushing. The entire production line adopts the core process of "two-stage crushing+sand making and screening", and the specific process is as follows:
In this design, we adopt Jaw Crusher PE750X1060 as primary crusher. As the "powerful vanguard" of the line, this jaw crusher has a sturdy structure and powerful crushing force, which can efficiently process various raw materials of stones and provide stable and uniform primary crushing materials for subsequent processes.
We adopt hydraulic Cone Crusher HPT300 as secondary crusher. Its unique multi-cylinder hydraulic design achieves an optimal combination of crushing stroke, speed, and chamber shape. It not only delivers high output but also produces intermediate products with excellent particle shape and rational gradation, laying a solid foundation for high-quality sand making. The equipment is known for its operational stability and ease of maintenance. After that, the materials coming out of the cone crusher are conveyed to the Vibrating Screen S5X2460-4 for sieving, and you can get four kinds of aggregates: 0-5-10-18-36mm. Besides,the oversize will revert to cone Crusher for recrushing. And parts of 18-36mmwill go to sand maker VSI B-8518 to make more sand.
To increase the output of high-value-added products, the design incorporates a flexible, dedicated sand-making stream: a portion of the 18-36mm aggregates can be directed into the VSI B-8518 vertical shaft impact (VSI) crusher for producing premium manufactured sand. This process optimizes the overall product mix, effectively meeting the diverse market demand for high-quality, specialized sand and aggregate products.
