The Impact crusher is CI5X series newest type impact crusher. The heavy-duty rotor with strong rotary inertia and high precision. The full-size integral plate hammer makes it convenient for disassembly and assembly, and the maintenance time is 50% less compared with the ordinary type. The frame is made of high-quality steel, high-hardness wear-resistant steel plate NM400, with its yield strength improved by 48%, and its service life has been increased by 30%. What’s more, the effective wear thickness of the lining plate is 30% thicker with longer service life and lower operating and maintenance costs. The fully hydraulic operating system enables easy adjustment of the rack opening, machine maintenance and wearing parts replacement, which significantly reduces downtime and increases the operating rate.
