AVIC Dingheng Shipyard organized a fire drill recently to examine the effects of daily fire training and education. Since 1st of December, 2014, a new“Production safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” was implemented. In the Law, more than 70 terms were amended and the key points could be concluded as below:
To further defined the supervision entities of production safety
To reinforce production management obligations and business operation entities
Severely punish those who violate the Law
To carry out regulation of certified safety engineer
AVIC SHIP highly emphasizes the importance of safety in production. The aim of this fire drill in AVIC Dingheng Shipyard is to improve employees’ ability of fire-extinguishing, evacuation and self-rescue, and also to improve managers’ ability of organizing, coordination and commanding.
Meanwhile, AVIC Weihai Shipyard is going to organize similar activities of production safety as well.
