Deltamarin Ltd provides Arctech Helsinki Shipyard with machinery and hull design services for two Arctic icebreaking stand-by vessels. Russia’s largest shipping company Sovcomflot has earlier in 2014 ordered three so called stand-by vessels from Arctech for the Sakhalin region oil and gas field.


德他马林将为芬兰破冰船制造商——Arctech赫尔辛基造船厂(Arctech Helsinki Shipyard)在建的两艘极地油田守护船提供轮机及船体设计服务。船东俄罗斯航运巨头Sovcomflot公司早在2014年便在赫尔辛基船厂下单建造三艘该款极地破冰船用于库页岛的油气田守护,合同总价约为3.8亿美元。


The ice-breaking stand-by vessels will mainly be used for rescue and oil spill recovery duties. They can also be used as supply vessels for cargo transfer. Deltamarin will assist Arctech by carrying out machinery design for the first vessel of the series and hull design for the two first vessels of the series.


这款极地油田守护船除了主要被用于海上救援及溢油回收,还可以作为平台供应船进行货物运输。德他马林将协助Arctech公司完成首制船的轮机设计及头两艘系列船舶的船体设计。

The vessels will be operating in thick drifting ice for ice management and icebreaking in temperatures as cold as minus 35 C° and are able to proceed independently in as thick as 1.5 meter thick ice. The main dimensions are 95 m in length and 22 m in breadth.


这款极地油田守护船,长95米,宽22米,不仅可以在冰区内自由航行,而且能在零下35度的恶劣环境下进行破冰作业,即可以独立在1.5米厚的冰区内开辟航道。

The delivery of the vessels is planned between September 2016 and March 2017.


这些船舶计划在2016年9月至2017年3月间陆续交付。
