AVIC Weihai Shipyard held training in the general meeting room on 7th September. More than 160 staffs including managers, workshop supervisors and representatives of outsourcing teams participated the training.
The safety manger in North district of ABS Class, Mr. Zhangchun introduced some general potential safety hazards, improvement requirements and methods in advanced shipyards in detail via pictures according to his abundant experience during the training.
After the training, the shipyard made following rectifications according to its present problems:
1.Establish a professional team to guarantee the operation of production safety system.
2.Enhance skill training and organize employees to take exams and gain licenses. The basic requirement is that operators should have vocational qualifications.
3.Improve onsite emergency response system.
4.Enhance the culture construction on safety production including increasing secure identifiers, standardizing identification and safety helmet labels to make employee’s basic information visible.
9月7日，中航威海船厂在综合会议中心举办安全管理培训。公司领导、车间主管以及外协队代表等共160余人参加培训。
ABS船级社北方区安全经理张淳结合自己多年的工作经验，采用图片展示的形式就船舶企业常见的安全隐患、整改要求作了详细讲解，同时还就先进船企在安全管理方面的做法进行了分享。
培训结束后，船厂对目前存在的问题进行了整改如下：
1.设立专业工作小组完善安全管理体系文件以保障制度落实，有效运行。
2.加强技能培训，组织相关人员进行考试和取证工作，以持证上岗为基本要求。
3.完善现场应急响应机制。
4.加强安全文化建设，增加安全标识，规范员工身份标识和安全帽标识，使员工的工种和岗位等信息可视化。
