The new outfitting quays of AVIC Dingheng shipyard start to operate in July.
The whole quay is designed as an “F” in shape. The entry of the dock is equipped with a 20,000DWT outfitting quay (1#). The quay berth is 210m in length and 20m in breadth. Meanwhile, the outside of the dock is equipped with a 10,000DWT outfitting quay (2#) which berth is 161m in length and 20m in breadth.
Moreover, there is an approach bridge connecting quay 1# and quay 2#. The operation of outfitting quays could efficiently increase the productivity and annual delivery capability of AVIC Dingheng.
