Our Scope and Structure/ 我们的服务范围和组织架构

BLOODLINE is a community-oriented network where blood donors and volunteers function to serve this community through 3 major roles:

血缘是一个面向社区的服务网络。捐赠者和志愿者通过血缘的服务网络为社区提供3项主要服务。

1. Community Blood Donations/ 献血

We conduct regular community-centered blood drives.

We coordinate between any interested partners and the Shanghai Blood Center to organize targeted blood donation camps.

We also actively help in Shanghai Blood Center’s blood drives.

我们定期开展以社区为中心的献血活动。

我们结合起有献血意向的个别团体和上海血液中心共同组织有针对性的献血活动。

我们也积极协助上海血液中心所举办的献血活动。

2. Appeals (especially for rare blood types)/ 吁请献血（特别是罕见的血型）

We mediate between the needy of rare blood types, the donors, and the blood bank for those in emergent need of blood*.

我们致力于罕见血型病例的需求者、献血者和血库之间的协调工作，特别是在紧急需求血液的情况下。

3. Public Awareness/ 公众意识

We endeavor to educate the public on the rationality and necessity of blood donations as a social movement.

我们致力于向公众普及无偿献血作为一项社会运动的合理性与必要性。。

* NOTE: Blood Banks will first attempt to fill in all requests for blood needs based on urgency.

*备注: 血库将根据血液需求的紧急性回应公众对血液需求的申请。

The Structure/ 血缘的架构：

The CORE TEAM/ 血缘核心团队: 

The Bloodline CORE TEAM consists of six to seven individuals, selected from different walks of life, who will be primarily responsible for the administration and decision-making of Bloodline. Should a core member need to leave Shanghai, new core members may be proposed by the outgoing core member and will be inducted on agreement by a common vote of the other remaining core members.

血缘核心团队是由6-7 位血缘成员所组成。这一组核心成员来自不同的行业。他们主要负责血缘的管理和决策。如果核心成员需要离开上海，那么该（即将离职的）核心成员可提议新核心成员人选，而新成员需经其余核心成员共同投票同意后方能加入。

BEACONS of BLOODLINE/ 血缘信标

Beacons were initially used in the olden days to relay messages of great importance, such as warnings of an approaching enemy or reaching out for help. Beacon Wardens would light up the beacon fires to propagate the messages forward, and they played an integral part in the system. 

Bloodline Beacons will help propagate important messages of Bloodline to the community during emergencies, help raise public awareness, and play major roles in the Bloodline community blood donation-related events. Bloodline Beacons are selected from the Bloodline members who show continued dedication to the cause of Bloodline.

在古代，烽火台最初用于传递重要信息，如敌军来袭的警报或求救信号。烽火台守卫会点燃烽火以传递信息，他们在这一体系中扮演着至关重要的角色。

而血缘传讯使者也将作为无偿献血活动的“烽火台”，将在紧急情况下协助向社群传播血缘组织的重要信息，提高公众意识，并在血缘社区的无偿献血相关活动中发挥关键作用。血缘传讯使者也是从长期持续致力于血缘事业的成员中选拔产生的。

The ADVISORY BOARD/ 顾问委员会：

The Bloodline Advisory Board consists of the Core Advisory and Friends of Bloodline Advisory.

血缘的顾问委员会是由核心顾问和血缘顾问之友共同组成。

The Core Advisory consists of Bloodline Core Members, past and present. This group will be responsible for providing valuable and practical advice to Bloodline.

核心顾问由过去和现在的血缘核心成员组成。这个小组将负责提供血缘宝贵的和实用的建议。

 

The Friends of Bloodline Advisory consists of representatives from various  Bloodline partners. They stand as Bloodline ambassadors who function in this group to provide valuable input. 

血缘顾问之友由与血缘的个别合作代表组成。身为血缘大使，他们会提供有价值的建议。

Although CORE TEAM members, ADVISORY BOARD members, and other members may come and go, the objective is to continue Bloodline as a community-oriented, continued presence.

尽管核心团队成员、顾问委员会成员以及其他成员或许会有变动，但目标是要让“血缘”作为一个以社区为导向、持续存在的组织延续下去。

Gaia came from Italy to Shanghai in 2015, accompanying her husband. An architect, personal image consultant, and mother of two teenagers, she began volunteering for Bloodline through the Italian Women’s Association. Deeply inspired by the cause, she later joined the core to dedicate herself more fully to the organization she passionately 

believes in.

盖亚（Gaia）于 2015 年陪伴着丈夫从意大利来到上海。她是一名建筑师、个人形象顾问，同时也是两个青少年的母亲。她通过意大利妇女协会开始为 “血缘” 组织做志愿者。这项事业深深触动了她，后来她加入了该组织的核心团队，以便更全身心地投入到这个她满怀热忱、坚信其价值的组织中。

LAURENT CONTE

龙戈

Laurent has been in  Shanghai since 2000 and is married to a lovely wife and has 3 kids. Laurent provides IT support to foreign companies.  He joined Bloodline in February 2017. He is very passionate about blood donations and saving lives. This passion is shared by his wife and children, and his whole family can often be seen actively participating in Bloodline events.

龙戈自2000年来到上海，娶了一个贤淑的妻子并有了三个可爱孩子。龙戈的专业是为外国公司提供信息科技和产业的支持。他于2017年2月加入血缘。他非常热衷于献血和拯救生命，在血缘的献血活动中，都会见到他全家极积的参与，共同分享他的这份激情。

TIFFANY WANG

王少静

Tiffany is from China and has been a senior relocation consultant in Shanghai since 2011. For the past many years, she has been helping with expats blood donation activities at Shanghai Blood Center. Tiffany was the Puyang City Blood Donation Ambassador from 2008 to 2011.  

王少静 是中国人，从2011年起一直从事外籍人士在上海安居的资深顾问工作。过去的很多年里，她一直在上海市血液中心的支持和协助下组织外籍人士积极参加无偿献血活动。Tiffany 在2008-2011年期间被选为濮阳市的无偿献血形象大使.

VIVEK SHARMA

维维克

Vivek, who was born in Jaipur, the Pink City of India, is working as CFO- Sourcing Operations, China, for a leading Fashion and apparel Group.  Earlier, He worked for China's Top Diamond and Jewelry Company. Since he arrived in China in 2010, he has made Shanghai his second home and is immersed in the local culture by making many local and expat friends in various fields and traveling to almost every part of China. Being associated with the Red Cross since high school, he has a deep understanding of the importance of blood donation and the values of social service. His parents brought him up with the values of "vasudhev kutumbkam" which means the Entire earth is our family. Before joining Bloodline as a Core member, he had been a regular blood donor and was actively running or participating in various cultural and tourism exchanges and volunteer activities.

Vivek 出生于印度粉红之城斋浦尔，目前在一家领先的时尚服饰集团担任中国采购运营部首席财务官。此前，他曾在中国顶级钻石珠宝公司工作。自2010年来到中国以来，他把上海当作了他的第二故乡，并结识了许多不同领域的本地和外籍朋友，并几乎走遍了中国的每一个地方，融入了当地文化。自高中起就加入红十字会的他，对献血的重要性和社会服务的价值观有着深刻的理解。他的父母带着“vasudhev kutumbkam”的价值观抚养他长大，这意味着整个地球都是我们的家庭。在加入Bloodline成为核心成员之前，他一直是一名定期献血者，并积极运营或参与各种文化和旅游交流和志愿者活动。

RACELLE LUO

罗爱丽

Racelle is a Canadian and a social activist, a loving wife and mother, and a relocation representative for Work Global Canada Inc. She is the co-founder of  Bloodline and has been a regular blood donor in China for several years. 

Through a high-risk pregnancy in 2015, she realized the dire need for rare blood donations and started the Rare Blood Types of Shanghai group as a support network for those in urgent need of rare blood. 

爱丽来自加拿大。她是血缘的联合创始人。她在一所加拿大公司担任安迁专员的同时也是个网络主播。经过2015年的一次高危妊娠，她意识到了罕见血型捐献迫切需要，于是近几年来她定期的献血并创办了上海罕见血型献血小组，为那些急需罕见血型的人提供帮助。在家中，她是个贤惠的妻子和慈爱的母亲。

DR. ASHISH MASKAY

阿思势

Dr. Maskay donated blood for the first time at the age of eighteen and has since been an avid supporter of blood donation campaigns. He has assisted Shanghai Blood Center with several Blood drives and education campaigns and leads a team of expat volunteers and donors. Dr. Maskay is the founder of Bloodline. He is a surgeon at Shanghai United Family Hospital, as well as a loving husband and father. He is from Nepal. His motto in life is "a life without service to others carries no meaning or value".

阿思势医生来自尼泊尔。他在十八岁时第一次献血，此后他一直是献血运动的热心支持者。他是血缘的创始人，领导一个外籍志愿者和献血者团队协助上海血液中心开展了数的次献血活动和教育活动，他是上海和睦家医院的外科医生，也是个充满爱心的丈夫和慈爱的父亲。他的人生格言是 “不为公益服务的人生并无意义和价值”。
