About The Expatriate Center (TEC)

The Expatriate Center (TEC) values the importance of volunteerism 

and it has been our mission to support local community works through united efforts of social enterprises, charitable organizations, 

and individual volunteers. 

Hence, we also have TEC 助福mini program, 

a bilingual volunteer platform that combines resources, 

to enable the wider community to easily contribute, support, 

and do good work in Shanghai.

 It is through these good works that we can show care to people around us while we integrate into this city we love and call “Home”. 

We are proud to collaborate with Bloodline through our TEC 助福 mini program in supporting the community with blood supplies. Now, you will be able to fill in your blood type in your personal information, providing Bloodline’s blood bank to easily search for suitable donors in times of emergency needs. YOU can save lives!
