Enjoy the flavors and aroma of the Chilean with this unique. Tierra de Olivos is pressed from fresh, unriped olives picked at the beginning of the harvest, this produces an oil that is intensely fruity with moderate of bitterness and spice.

Our mill is just located in the middle of orchard, we follow a strict 4hrs from tree to cold press process, and cold pressed with under 28˚C, thereby preventing oxidation, and ensuring that Tierra de Olivos achieves a low 0.2% FFA level with no defects!

Chilean extra virgin olive oil is born from delicate and attentive harvesting methods that preserve the olives’ natural integrity. In fact, Chilean extra virgin olive oils have acidity levels as low as 0.2% (extra virgin olive oil has a maximum acidity of 0.8% anything above that is classified as just virgin).
