酒庄简介（presentation）
基安帝（Chianti）位于意大利中部，以名城佛罗伦萨为中心。在托斯卡纳产区内，1984年，基安帝葡萄酒被列入意大利当年仅有的5个DOCG产区排行榜。基安帝DOCG产区的8个子产区出产的葡萄酒都可以标上“Chianti DOCG”字样，但值得注意的是，这些葡萄酒必须以桑娇维塞（Sangiovese）为主要酿酒葡萄，这种被誉为“丘比特之血”的葡萄，是意大利伟大葡萄酒的代表之作，其地位就好比黑皮诺在勃艮第地区一样。但其总体风格是高单宁，高酸，适合橡木桶陈酿，颇具陈年潜力，往往带有酸樱桃、草莓和无花果味，以及烟熏味和泥土味等。
根据不同的酿造方式，基安帝葡萄酒给人们呈现不一样的风格。基安帝葡萄酒特指在酒标上标注有“Chianti”字样的普通的葡萄酒。一般来说，酒体轻盈的基安帝葡萄酒一般都混合了更高比例的白葡萄品种，如玛尔维萨（Malvasia）和特比奥罗（Trebbiano）。还有经典基安蒂（Chianti Classico），以黑公鸡为标志。
在不干旱的情況下，一般酿制的温度控制在28°C以下，浸渍10-12天。葡萄放在不绣钢大桶內进行发酵。这个酿造过程，大概不少于12个月。其中部分葡萄会分发在小橡木桶內发酵，再与不绣钢大桶的葡萄混合。在灌瓶前，必需先通过广泛的过虑程序。灌瓶后，葡萄酒需陈年至少6个月才能推出市场。
2 signifcant events led to the creation of this appellation. The Chianti consortium was created in 1927 to regulate production – for example harvest before the September 29 was outlawed. Then with the arrival of Baron Bettino Ricasoli into the consortium, came persistent testing to determine the fnest blends which would be accepted. These procedures are still used. Today, 2 appellations exist – Chianti and Chianti Classico – both with DOCG status which distinguishes the best of the region. Production is limited to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Pistoia, Pisa and Prato. Chianti only produces red wine, with dominant Sangiovese blended from time to time with Mammolo, Canaiolo and Trebbiano (up to 30% of this white varietal can be used in Chianti although it is forbidden in Classico). The Chianti valley is widely considered to be the heart of purist Tuscany, world renowned for its excellent wines.

酒品推荐（degustation）
The Wine : A fne wine which captures the soul of the appellation. The sensual expression of Sangiovese shows that it is a wine made by a purist who does not believe in blending. A deep ruby robe with hints of cherry on the nose as well as notes of violets, tobacco and herbs. The supple tannins blend beautifully with the fresh mouthfeel. It will perfectly accompany roasted meats and wild mushrooms. The tannins are soft due to a very limited use of oak so it can be enjoyed immediately.
