成品包装流程：
①成品下线（生产过程中经历自检，互检，他检，抽检）；
②包装前型材表面检查（检查漆面，组角平整度，中庭平整度，订单颜色）；
③包装前图纸对比检查（检查定制型号，尺寸，开扇数量及方向）；
④VKASI定制型材保护膜（无胶保护膜，不留胶印）；
⑤VKASI定制包装纸板（防止搬运过程损伤）；
⑥入库待发货（检查配套零部件配置并按照订单定点、定位摆放，便于快速准确出货）。
Finished product packaging process:
①Finished products offline (Self-inspection, mutual inspection, other inspection, spot inspection in the production process)
②Check the surface of profiles before packaging (Check the paint surface, group Angle smoothness, atrium smoothness, order color)
③Compare and check the drawings before packaging (Check the customized model, size, number and direction of open fan).
④VKASI customized profile protective film (No glue protective film, no offset printing.)
⑤VKASI customized packaging cardboard (To prevent damage during handling.)

GLASS PACKAGING PROCESS
玻璃包装流程：
①定制合片到厂（复习：南玻CQ级原片、全自动机械合片）；
②外观检查（检查有无水波纹、划痕、杂物、流胶、中空铝条等情况）；
③尺寸检查（检查玻璃尺寸、厚度、对角线）；
④密封气体检查（检查氩气、氪气、密封情况）；
⑤VKASI定制无胶玻璃保护膜（防止玻璃表面划伤且撕下后不留胶印）；
⑥四边安装玻璃护边条（根据不同玻璃厚度选择适用护边条，保护玻璃四周）；
⑦四角安装玻璃护角（根据不同玻璃厚度选择适用护角，保护玻璃四角）；
⑧四边包装带（全程手工压带，保证四边每一条包装带都结实稳妥）；
⑨大于5.5㎡木架保护（大于5.5㎡或远途运输皆需实木护架，切实保护每一块玻璃完好无损）；
⑩入库待发（按照订单定点、定位摆放、便于快速准确出货）。
