5月16日至18日，第十五届深圳国际电池技术交流会（CIBF）将在深圳国际会展中心隆重举行，目前已有超过2400家商家确定参加此次展会，预计观众将超过15万人次。
中国国际电池技术交流会/展览会（简称CIBF），是中国化学与物理电源行业协会主办的电池行业国际例会，也是国际电池行业的卓越盛会。期间将有展览会、电池前沿技术研讨会、动力电池交流会、电池产业合作峰会等系列活动。经过多年持续举办，CIBF已经成为全球电池产业的风向标，从展会规模、行业影响力、专业化程度、国际化对接、信息化提升等方面都位于业界展会前列。
From May 16th to 18th, the 15th China International Battery Fair (CIBF) will be held in Shenzhen World Exhibition& Convention Center. At present, more than 2400 enterprises have decided to participate in the exhibition, and it is estimated that the visitors will be more than 150000.

方型铝壳/软包电池全自动（半自动）装配产线
该产线主要应用于方型铝壳及软包电池PACK制程，整线主要由机器人搬运，OCV分选，成组扫码，等离子清洗，自动涂胶，机器人自动堆叠，机器人搬运模组，AI极性检以及极柱寻址，极柱激光清洗，汇流排激光焊接，AI焊疤检测，绝缘耐压测试，电池包综合性能检测各个工段设备组成。产线采用模块化设计以及装配，可柔性化选配组合，安装调试方便，后期也容易对产线进行升级。
1. Fully automatic (semi-automatic) production line for prismatic/pouch battery
This production line is mainly used in the production process of prismatic and pouch battery pack. It consists of each process such as robot transfer, OCV sorting, group scanning, plasma cleaning, automatic gluing, robot automatic stacking, robot transfer of modules, AI polarity inspection and pole addressing, pole laser cleaning, busbar laser welding, AI welding scar detection, insulation and voltage withstand testing, battery pack comprehensive performance testing, etc. This production line adopts modular design and assembly, with flexible optional combinations, convenient installation and commissioning, and easy to upgrade in the later stage.

32135/40140 大圆柱锂电池自动化激光产线
该产线主要应用于32135/40140等大圆柱电池PACK制程，整线主要由电芯分选扫码、自动/人工入支架、AI智能极性检测、激光焊接、电池综合检测等工序组成。
2. Automatic production line ( laser welding) for 32135 / 40140 cylindrical battery
This production line is mainly used in the production process of cylindrical battery pack such as 32135 / 40140. The entire line is mainly composed of processes such as cell sorting and scanning, bracket and cells automatic / manual installation , AI intelligent polarity detection, laser welding, and comprehensive battery testing.

18/21/26/32 小圆柱锂电池自动化装配产线
该产线主要应用于18/21/26/32小圆柱电池PACK制程，整线主要由自动贴纸扫码分选、成组扫码、自动/人工入支架、AI极性检测、人工装镍片、自动点焊等多个工序组成。
3. Automatic production line for 18650 / 21700 / 26700 / 32700 cylindrical battery
This production line is mainly used in the production process of 18650 / 21700 / 26700 / 32700 cylindrical battery pack. The entire line is mainly composed of multiple processes such as automatic sticker & scanning & sorting, group scanning, bracket and cells automatic / manual installation, AI polarity detection, manual installation of nickel sheet, and automatic spot welding.

锂电池综合测试系统
该设备主要用于对各种锂电池组、动力电池组进行综合性能检测，可以快速检测电池组的多项功能，包括单串压差、单串内阻差、充电激活、充电电压、充电电流、充电△V、充电DCR、充电过流保护、交流内阻、直流内阻、放电电压、放电电流、放电△V、放电过流保护、放电过流恢复、短路保护功能、短路激活充电等。放电电流最高可达600A，短路电流最高可达8000A。
4. Lithium battery comprehensive testing system
This equipment is mainly used for comprehensive performance testing of various lithium battery packs and power battery packs, and can quickly detect multiple functions of the battery pack, including single string voltage difference, single string internal resistance difference, charging activation, charging voltage, charging current, charging △ V, charging DCR, charging overcurrent protection, AC internal resistance, DC internal resistance, discharge voltage, discharge current, discharge △ V, discharge overcurrent protection, discharge overcurrent recovery, short circuit protection function Short circuit activation charging, etc. The maximum discharging current can reach 600A, and the maximum short-circuit current can reach 8000A.

该设备主要应用于各种不同的电池（如锂离子电池、铅酸电池、超级电容和燃料电池等）生产或老化测试，测试项目包括电池循环寿命试验、容量测试、充放电特性测试和电池包温度测试等。放电能量回馈电网效率≥93%，输出电流转换快、无超调，对电池组无冲击。特有的单模块设计，保证设备稳定运行。
5. Feedback type charging and discharging aging Machine
This equipment is mainly used for the production or aging testing of various types of batteries, such as lithiumion batteries, lead-acid batteries, supercapacitors, and fuel batteries. The testing items include battery cycle life testing, capacity testing, charging and discharging characteristics testing, and battery pack temperature testing. The discharging energy feedback grid efficiency ≥ 93%, the output current conversion is fast, there is no overshoot, and there is no impact on the battery pack. Unique single module design ensures stable equipment operation.
