(一) 即日起，启用新公司名称: 桑德森力玛( 上海)纺织机械有限公司
(二) 中国建设银行、浦发银行开户户名己变更为"桑德森力玛(上海）纺织机械有限公司"。账号、开户行等信息、均不变。
(三) 即日起，原公章、合同章、财务专用章及各类业务专用章停止使用。
(四)公司名称变更不影响我司原有的各项权利及义务。原"桑德森(上海)纺织机械有限公司 "的资产和债权债务以及对外签订的各类合同、合作协议等法律文书，均由"桑德森力玛（上海）纺织机械有限公司"依法继承。

Circular Letter of Changing Company Name
Due to the business development of Santex Rimar Group, "Santex (Shanghai) Textile Machinery
Co., Ltd" was officially renamed "Santex Rimar (Shanghai) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd". Hereby the statements as below:
The new company name, "Santex Rimar (Shanghai) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd" takes effect immediately.
The bank account names of CCB (China Construction Bank) and SPDB (Shanghai Pudong Develpment Bank) have been changed to new company name. Other information, including the account, tax ID, address, etc. remain the same.
The old seals, including Common Seal, Contract Seal, Finance related Seals and other funcion department Seals are invalid from now on.
According to laws, the property , liabilities, claims and debts, contracts, legal documents, etc. of "Santex (Shanghai) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd" are assumed by "Santex Rimar (Shanghai) Textile Machinery Co. , Ltd".
