Replace screen changer filter
主机启动前或主机停机后，胶在熔融状态下，打开液压站液压开关，滤网会自动进出，带好手套用铜铲清理整面滤网上的余胶，清理干净后，将滤网取下，并换上新滤网。
Before the host starts or after the host is shut down, when the glue is in a molten state, turn on the hydraulic switch of the hydraulic station, and the filter will automatically go in and out. Wear gloves and use a copper shovel to clean the remaining glue on the entire filter. After cleaning, remove the filter. And replace it with a new filter.

带上手套，手持铜铲，取下过滤网
Wear gloves、hold a copper shovel and take out the filter.

装上新滤网

清理吸料机滤网
Clean autoloader filter
整机断电后，将吸料机的滤芯取出，取下滤网用气管清理干净后，将滤网重新装回滤芯，并检查确认密封完整。
After the whole machine is powered off, take out the filter element of the material suction machine, remove the filter screen and clean it with an air pipe, then reinstall the filter screen into the filter element, and check to confirm that the seal is complete.

自动刮模具装置
Automatic T-die Cleaner Device
两人操作（一人戴上手套手持刮膜把手，一人操控手柄），从模头右侧向左侧刮模口，反复多次直至出膜平整且无线条。
不能反向刮模口，只能背靠主机从右到左。
