薄膜混炼低温环保造粒机是应市场迫切需求，经过我公司多年研制开发并不断在实际生产中完善升级，现已成为成熟稳定的产品。作为生产过程中产生的次料，废料，边角料回收再利用的必要设备,这款机型是目前新型的塑料回收再生的造粒理想设备，可降低膜料生产企业生产成本，提高企业效益。该机可应用于HDPE，LDPE，PE全降解 PLA，TPU等膜料及部分复合膜的再生造粒。
To meet the urgent need of current market, XHD has developed granulator for film mixing after years of research. With continuous improvement in practical use, our granulator has become a mature and stable product. As a necessary equipment used in the production process for recycling and reusing the waste，the granulator is a new type of plastic recycling equipment. It is cost-effective and high-profit. The machine can be applied to the regeneration and granulation of HDPE, LDPE, PE fully degradable PLA, TPU and some composite films.

膜料在机组的半塑化生产过程中造粒，故不改变膜料的物理性能产出的料粒可大比例与新料一起进入产品制作；

生产效率高、耗能低。生产能力可达50-100KG/h,环保节能；
