SIM-MAX LN-C 型液氮回凝制冷机,是利用常规液氮与电气致冷相结合而形成的混合制冷器,是低温冷却探测器领域中的一大革命性突破。该产品采用斯特林型低温制冷机作为主要工作部件,使冷端温度低至液氮温度,从而将液氮罐内气态的氮气冷凝为液氮,实现了液氮的循环利用。

Liquid Nitrogen Recondensation Refrigerator

Product Descripition:

SIM-MAX LN-C Liquid Nitrogen Recondensation Refrigerator is a hybrid refrigerator that combines conventional liquid nitrogen and electric cooling, representing a revolutionary breakthrough in the field of cryogenic cooling for detectors. Featuring a  Stirling-type cryocooler as the main working component, the system cools the cold end to liquid nitrogen temperature, enabling the recondensation of evaporated nitrogen gas back into liquid nitrogen within the dewar,  thereby achieving liquid nitrogen recycling.

Functional Features:

● Service life of the refrigerator exceeding 120,000 hours.

 Continuous cooling for up to 12 months without interruption, eliminating the need for liquid nitrogen refilling under normal operation.

 Equipped with a 30 L liquid nitrogen dewar. When fully filled, it can maintain the detector at low temperature for up to 10 days in the event of a power outage.

● Dual opposed motors for pulse tube refrigeration.

● Efficient recondensation and recycling of evaporated nitrogen gas.

● Real-time system monitoring via software, with support for remote monitoring and control.

 Automatic recording of system operation data and access to historical data.

 Dual-mode control: manual and automatic operation.

 Customized interface design, compatible with various high-purity germanium gamma spectrometers.

Main Advantages:

Compared with pure liquid nitrogen cooling, recondensation cooling maintains the reliability of liquid nitrogen cooling while eliminating the need for frequent liquid nitrogen refilling. It ensures long-term stable low-temperature operation of the detector and significantly reduces both liquid nitrogen consumption and labor costs.Compared with electric cooling, recondensation cooling uses liquid nitrogen as the cooling medium, avoiding direct contact between the detector and the refrigerator, thus minimizing vibration-induced performance degradation. Moreover,  it overcomes the critical drawback of electric coolers during power outages by maintaining the detector at low temperature, enabling rapid system recovery once power is restored.
