We are finalizing the launch of a Korean version of Baopals to better serve the Korean population of China. We are now looking for people to help us manage and market the new website, as well as provide excellent customer service to our new Korean customers.
Create and implement marketing initiatives
Contact press/social groups and improve word-of-mouth marketing through online and offline activities
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy of item specifications and delivery
Communicate with sellers, delivery providers, the Baopals service team and/or customers to arrange and track delivery of orders
Native Korean speaker with working proficiency in Chinese (English is recommended but not required)
Experience with Taobao as a shopper and/or a seller
Customer-first approach and strong communication skills
Computer savvy, detail-oriented and organized
Experience in engaging with marketing teams on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media campaigns
Hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Shanghai office, Jing'an District
