On the cusp of our 3-year anniversary, we are proud to bring you Baopals 3.0! And with Baopals 3.0, we've released 3 massive upgrades to the platform.

Baopals Communities

Baopals Communities are a place where questions can be answered, knowledge can be shared, debates can be waged... anything your heart desires. We're giving Baopals users the tools to build their own communities, create posts, share collections, interact with one another and find out what the Baopals community is up to.

To kick things off, all users are invited to the first Baopals community: #thelounge

We look forward to seeing new communities emerge, giving like-minded shoppers the chance to connect, share, and discover.

Real-Time Notifications

Baopals Notifications make it a breeze to stay updated on your orders and activity. For your Baopals orders, you'll be notified if there's a matter requiring your attention for any item you've ordered, when a refund is completed, a question is answered, and when your help request is updated. For your activity, get notified when Baopals users reply to your posts, like your collections, and more.

Feel free to customize your notification settings to your liking.

New Mobile Navigation

We've completely revamped our mobile menu and added navigation icons on the bottom of the screen. Tap the hamburger menu for quick access to your account, departments, the blog and more. Click the compass to jump to the all-new Discover section to explore communities, activity and collections. The final three icons will bring you to your notifications, orders, and shopping cart.

More to Come

We've got plenty more just around the corner, including the first Baopals apps for iOS and Android, PayPal checkout, and new features for Discover and Communities. A bit further down the road this year, we'll be launching the big one - Baopals Global.
