Product Description:
The SIM-MAX AB3330 Whole Body Surface Alpha and Beta Contamination Monitor is set up at the exit of sanitary passages in the radioactive control areas of nuclear power plants or related nuclear facilities to monitor the potential radioactive contamination on the body of personnel leaving the controlled area. When the contamination exceeds the user-defined alarm threshold, the instrument emits both visual and audible alarms, and the LCD screen displays the location of the contamination. This allows for timely detection of contamination and prevention of contamination transfer. It is widely used at the exits of sanitary passages in nuclear plants, nuclear facilities, nuclear power stations, etc.
