2020 年春节将至，经研究，现将春节期间市场休市、开
市时间安排及有关事项通知如下：
一、休市时间
1.国际商贸城一、二、三、四、五区、国际生产资料市
场、宾王 158 文创园内场、数码城，定于 2020 年 1 月 20 日
（农历十二月廿六）下午休市。
2.义乌中国进口商品城孵化区和国际商贸城五区一楼
进口商品城、篁园服装市场，定于 2020 年 1 月 22 日（农历
十二月廿八）下午休市。
二、开市时间
1.国际商贸城一、二、三、四、五区、国际生产资料市
场、篁园服装市场、数码城、宾王 158 文创园内场，定于 2020
年 2 月 5 日（农历正月十二）上午 8：30 开市。
2.义乌中国进口商品城孵化区和国际商贸城五区一楼
进口商品城定于 2020 年 2 月 1 日（农历正月初八）上午 9
时开市，2 月 1 日至 2 月 4 日（农历正月初八至十一）每天
营业时间为 9:00-15:00。
三 、有关事项
1.为确保市场消防安全，请广大经营户将商位内的电源
总开关断开。同时，市场将进行消防水喷淋及水幕系统的全
面放水测试，希广大经营户将货物及证照全部带走，以免造
成损失。
2.停放在市场区域内（含车道、地下室、屋顶、地面停
车场等）的电瓶车、摩托车、轿车、货车等车辆全部驶离市
场，否则，由此造成的损失由本人承担。
3.市场内各单位请做好春节放假期间防火、防盗等安全
保卫的值班工作。
4.请各经营户做好自己商位内的清洁卫生工作。
5.要求广大经营户及宾王市场楼层住户遵守市政府“三
禁”规定，过一个文明、节俭、祥和的春节。

12 월 28 일) 오후에 휴장합니다.

1. 국제상업무역성 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 구, 국제생산재시장,
황원복장시장, 디지털성, 빈왕 158 문창원 내장은 2020 년
2 월 5 일(음력 1 월 12 일) 오전 8:30 분에 개장합니다.
2. 의오중국수입상품성 육성구와 국제상업무역성 5 구
1 층 수입상품성은 2020 년 2 월 1 일(음력 1 월 8 일) 오전
9 시에 개장하며, 2 월 1 일부터 2 월 4 일까지(음력 1 월
8 일-11 일) 매일 영업시갂은 9:00-15:00 입니다.
3. 관련 사항
1. 시장 소방안전을 위해, 경영주는 매장 내의 전원 총
스위치를 차단해야 합니다. 동시에, 시장은 소방수 살수 및
드렌처 설비의 방수 테스트를 짂행하므로, 손실을 방지하기
위해 경영주는 화물 및 증서를 전부 가져가기 바랍니다.
2. 시장 구역 내(차도, 지하실, 지붕, 바닥 주차장 등
포함)에 주차한 축전지차, 오토바이, 승용차, 화물차 등
차량은 전부 주차구역에서 나가야 하며, 그렇지 않을 경우,
이로 인해 발생한 손실은 본인이 부담합니다.
3. 시장 내 각 부문은 구정 휴가기갂 방화, 도난방지
등 안전보안의 당직업무를 착실히 짂행해야 합니다.
4. 각 경영주는 매장 내의 청결 위생을 잘 짂행해야
합니다.
5. 경영주 및 빈왕시장 건물의 거주자는 시정부 ‘3 개
금지’ 규정을 준수하여 문명하고 절약하며 평온한 구정을
보내시기 바랍니다.

To market dealers and purchasers,
As Chinese Spring Festival is approaching, the notice on the Open & Close
Schedule of the markets and relevant matters during the 2020 Chinese Spring Festival is
as follows:
1. Close Time
(1) District 1-5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart, Yiwu International Production
Materials Market, Yiwu Digital Market,Binwang 158 Cultural and Creative Park are
scheduled to be closed in the afternoon of January 20 th , 2020.
(2)Yiwu China Imported Commodity Trade Plaza,Imported Commodities Mall in
District 5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart, Huangyuan Garment Market are scheduled
to be closed in the afternoon of January 22 nd , 2020.
2. Open Time
(1) District 1-5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart, Yiwu International Production
Materials Market, Huangyuan Garment Market, Yiwu Digital Market and Binwang 158
Cultural and Creative Park are scheduled to be open at 8：30 a.m., February 5 th , 2020.
(2)Yiwu China Imported Commodity Trade Plaza,Imported Commodities Mall in
District 5 of Yiwu International Trade Mart is scheduled to be open at 9 a.m., February 1 st
2020. From February 1 st to February 4 th , the daily business hours are 9:00-15:00.
3. Relevant Matters
(1) To ensure the fire safety in the market, all the dealers are requested to cut off the
main power source in the booths. Meanwhile, the market sprinkler system will be tested,
thus all the goods and documents shall be taken away in avoidance of any losses.
(2)All vehicles (including electromobile, motorbike, car and truck) in the market
area (including driveway, underground, roof, ground parking lot) should be driven away.
Otherwise, the losses caused should be borne by the owners themselves.
(3) All the units in the market should fulfill their duty of fire prevention, burglary
prevention and other security work.
(4) All the dealers are responsible for the sanitation and hygiene management of
their own booths.
(5) All the dealers and residents of the Binwang Market residence shall obey the
“three prohibitions” issued by the municipal government and celebrate a civilized, frugal
and peaceful Chinese Spring Festival.

Con la llegada cada día más cercana de la Fiesta de Primavera
de 2020, aquí está el aviso del Horario y Asuntos Relativos sobre la
Apertura y Cierre del Mercado durante la Fiesta de Primavera:
I. Tiempo de cierre
Los distritos I, II, III, IV y V de la Ciudad de Comercio
Internacional, el Mercado Internacional de Medios de Producción, la
Plaza Interior del Parque Cultural y Creativo de Binwang 158, y la
Ciudad Digital serán cerrados a la tarde del 20 de enero de 2020 (el
26 de diciembre según el calendario lunar chino).
La “Zona de Incubadoras” de la Ciudad de Productos
Importados, la Ciudad de Mercancías Importadas en la primera
planta del área 5 de la Ciudad Internacional de Comercio y Negocios,
y el Mercado de Ropa de Huangyuan serán cerrados a la tarde del 22
de enero de 2020 (el 28 de diciembre según el calendario lunar
chino).
II. Tiempo de apertura
Los distritos I, II, III, IV y V de la Ciudad de Comercio
Internacional, el Mercado Internacional de Medios de Producción, el
Mercado de Ropa de Huangyuan, la Ciudad Digital, y la Plaza Interior
del Parque Cultural y Creativo de Binwang 158 serán abiertos a las
8:30 del 5 de febrero de 2020 (el 12 de enero según el calendario
lunar chino).
La “Zona de Incubadoras” de la Ciudad de Productos
Importados de Yiwu de China y la Ciudad de Mercancías Importadas
en la primera planta del área 5 de la Ciudad Internacional de
Comercio y Negocios serán abiertas a las 9:00, con el horario de
atención de las 9:00 a las 15:00 entre el 1 y el 4 de febrero (entre el 8
y el 11 de enero según el calendario lunar chino).
III. Asuntos relativos
A fin de garantizar la seguridad contra incendios en el mercado,
todos los propietarios deben desconectar el interruptor principal de
energía en cada stand. Además, se realizarán pruebas de los
rociadores contra incendios y el sistema de bombas antincendios,
por lo que se debe llevar todos las mercancías y licencias para evitar
daños.
Se prohíbe aparcar todos los vehículos, bicicletas eléctricas, carros,
camiones y motocicletas en el área del mercado (incluyendo la
calzada, la planta sótano, el techo, el estacionamiento en superficie).
De lo contrario, toda pérdida causada correrá a cuenta del
propietario.
Las unidades dentro del mercado deben cumplir su
responsabilidad de los trabajos diarios antirrobo y antincendios.
Las empresas individuales deben cumplir su responsabilidad de
los trabajos de limpieza e higiene en su stand.
Las empresas individuales y los residentes en el mercado
Binwang deben cumplir las “tres prohibiciones” del gobierno
municipal, teniendo una fiesta de primavera civilizada, ahorrativa y
tranquila.
