It is hard to stay on a healthy diet, especially with your extremely busy life in Shanghai. That is why Goma and Cotton's joined forces to create meal plans that meet your personal requirements and wellness goals.

There are already some meal plans available out there. But we wanted to do something different, something special. With the expertise of experienced Chefs and a Nutritionist, we made it to our mission to create functional meal plans that meet your personal requirements: either it is losing weight, boosting your gut health, or help you to be stronger. All our recipes were carefully developed to surprise you at every bite! We guarantee you will feel amazing and enjoy your meals everyday!

Jack Wu Executive Chef
从棉花酒吧2003年开业的第一天起，Jack便加入到了棉花酒吧的大家庭中。在随后的日子里，Jack伴随棉花酒吧一同成长：接受过瑞士主厨Aebi的培训，澳洲烹饪顾问Ebony Huebner的指导，以及西班牙主厨的技艺传授。15年的历程造就了今天这位带领专业厨房团队的资深主厨。
Jacky Wu joined us in 2003, the first day when we opened the first Cotton's.
Trained under Swiss Chef/Restaurant owner Christian Aebi; then Australian consultant Chef Ebony Huebner; then Spanish Executive Chef. He gained a well around international cooking experience. Over 15 years of busy day-to-day operation make him a great leader of a highly professional and efficient team.

'与棉花合作以来，有哪些是你觉得最有趣的部分？'
与棉花小姐以及她的厨师团队合作是一个很兴奋并且互相启发的过程！棉花小姐有着出色的眼光以及创造力，所以整个合作都很顺畅并充满乐趣。我最期待并且津津乐道的就是最终品尝成品的那个环节，当你的想法经由另外一个厨师团队的打造转化为成品后，你会迫不及待的想成为那个第一个去品尝的人！接下来我们还会一起打造更多的新品，真的很期待！
'What are the most enjoyable moments behind the scenes?'
Working with Cotton and her experienced chefs was inspiring! Cotton is a visionary with a creative mind. It was a very smooth and fun project. My favorite part was definitely the tasting! I loved to see my dishes ideas turned into reality with a touch of love from Cotton's chefs! We will be creating more recipes, I can't wait!
