关于主厨
来自迪拜的Baidas自年轻时便对美食烹饪技术和品酒产生浓厚的兴趣，这也促使他走进了迪拜的餐饮服务业高校学习专业的烹饪知识，并在随后的机遇中，有幸与多位米其林星级厨师共事，得到了更具个性化的机能培训和烹饪才华上的启发。
Chef Baidas was born in Dubai and he spent his early years there studying hospitality and wine tasting with his passion for food & wine. He started his cooking career with a great opportunity which gave him the chance to get trained under a Michelin starred chef in Dubai.
为了丰富自己的厨艺并开创一片新的天地，Baidas来到了上海。
在这里，他决定尝试融合西餐的烹饪方式和迪拜的调味食材，创造出惊艳的菜品来搭配不同特性的葡萄酒。
Baidas took one chance to move to Shanghai looking forward to absorbing the essence of Asian food culture. He started mixing his mother land spices into western cuisine and creating some unique flavours by combining the middle Eastern spices and Mediterranean dishes, making fusion & complex dishes for matching the wines.
