01-五金耐久性测试
模拟高频使用的生命周期
在五金耐久性试验中，通过滑轨/抽屉耐久性试验机，以800mm气缸行程、5-20次 /min的可调测试频率，配合150mm-1000mm的上下行程范围，模拟长期高频使用场景，验证五金组件的结构稳定性与使用寿命，确保产品在多年使用后仍保持流畅操作体验。
Utilizing specialized Slide/Drawer Fatigue Testers, we simulate long-term, high-frequency usage. With an 800mm cylinder stroke and adjustable frequencies (5–20 cycles/min), we verify the structural stability and service life of hardware components. This ensures a seamless user experience even after years of operation.
02-耐磨损试验
量化表面的使用韧性
耐磨试验则通过耐磨测试机精准量化材料耐磨性能：以63.5mm磨耗轮中心间距、60r/min回转速度，配合37~38mm的磨耗轮与试片盘中心间距，客观反映材料表面抗磨损能力，为商业空间高频接触场景提供耐用性保障。
Our Abrasion Testers provide precise quantification of material wear-resistance. Operating at a rotation speed of 60r/min with standardized abrasive wheels, these tests objectively measure surface endurance. This ensures our materials can withstand the high-traffic demands of commercial environments.

03-耐黄变试验
对抗时间的色彩侵蚀
耐黄变试验依托耐黄变试验箱，采用与紫外加速老化一致的UVA340灯光源，在320nm-400nm波长、0.5W/m²・nm辐照度下，模拟自然光照对材料色泽的影响，精准把控产品外观稳定性，避免长期使用后出现色差、泛黄等问题，维持空间视觉一致性。
Using specialized UV aging chambers equipped with UVA-340 lamps (320nm–400nm wavelength at 0.5W/m²·nm irradiance), we simulate the impact of natural light on material pigments. This allows us to control visual stability and prevent yellowing or fading, maintaining long-term aesthetic consistency for the brand space.
04-耐腐蚀（盐雾）测试
严苛环境下的材料防护
耐腐蚀测试通过盐雾试验机模拟极端潮湿腐蚀环境，在35℃±1℃实验室箱温、47℃±1℃压力桶温度下，以1.0~2.0（ml/80cm²/h）的喷雾量、1.00±0.01kgf/cm²的喷雾压力，验证金属及表面处理层的抗腐蚀能力，从根源提升产品在复杂环境下的使用寿命。
Our Saline Spray Testers simulate extreme humidity and corrosive conditions (Chamber: 35°C±1°C; Pressure Barrel: 47°C±1°C). By evaluating the corrosion resistance of metals and surface coatings, we enhance product longevity in challenging environments from the molecular level up.
除此之外，实验室同步开展紫外加速老化、硬度测试、色差测试、恒温恒湿试验、封边条与板材表面胶合强度测试、油漆膜厚与涂层膜厚测试、含水率测试、吸水膨胀率测试等多项检测，从材料基础性能到成品综合表现，形成全维度品质验证闭环。
In addition to these core tests, the lab performs comprehensive validations including Accelerated UV Aging, Hardness Testing, Color Consistency Analysis, Constant Temperature & Humidity Cycles, Edge Banding Adhesion Strength, Coating/Film Thickness Measurement, and Moisture Content & Swelling Analysis. Together, these form a complete closed-loop quality verification system.
