On the new site, we are moving to a Points System. You will be able to convert your existing Wallet Balance to Baopals Points at a 10x ratio, keeping the exact same monetary value.
The Math (10 Points = 1 RMB): If you have 100 RMB in your current wallet, you can click to instantly convert it into 1,000 Points. When you checkout, you can apply those 1,000 Points to get 100 RMB off your order.

Flexible Spending: In the old system, you needed enough wallet balance to cover the entire purchase. Now, you can use points to pay for part of an order. Have 500 Points (50 RMB value)? Apply it to a 200 RMB order and just pay the remaining 150 RMB.

Do I need to create a new account?

What happens to my old orders?
All order data will be preserved. You can access your order history in the 'My Account' section just like before.
When exactly does the switch happen?
The switch flips on Feb 15, 2026. On this day, the site may be temporarily down for maintenance during the transition.
I have items in the HK warehouse. What should I do?
Hong Kong users MUST consolidate and ship their warehouse items before Feb 15. After this date, the old warehouse system will be decommissioned.
