Giving our customers the ability to shop with confidence is a top priority for Baopals. That’s why we created the Trusted Seller badge!

You'll come across it when viewing products from time to time.

So what does this badge mean? Let us break it down for you. Whenever you see this badge you can be sure of the following:
Item is from a verified Tmall Seller
Seller has 3 years of legitimate operating history in China
Fast Shipping
Ensured Quality (no fake goods)
Easier Refunds
Red Scores
In addition to the Trusted Seller badge, Baopals has created what we call the Red Score. In the event that the quantity sold of a product is 90+ or below, the Baopals Score will turn red.

Just because the score is red, doesn’t mean the product itself is bad. However, products with low sales volumes have an increasing risk of the following issues: unavailable stock, slow shipping, poor seller service, and poor product quality.
We strongly caution you from making these purchases without doing the following first:
See if there is a Trusted Seller Badge. If the badge is there, you’re in the clear!
Look around to see if there are other sellers of the same product with a higher quantity sold.
Check the Product Images. If there are numerous professional photos along with additional text information, it’s a safer bet.
Leave a question under Q&A, message us directly on the official Baopals WeChat account, or email us at support@baopals.com asking about the reliability of the product. We will assess the risk associated with purchasing the product and pass the information directly to you along with our suggestion of whether or not you should purchase.
As always, we will continue making improvements to Baopals so that you can shop conveniently, comfortably, and confidently!
