Every night before going to bed, it’s always the same routine: “Is your face washed?”, “Have you brushed your teeth?” and so on.

Tip 1 – Take advantage of the "back to school" mindset

The start of the school year is the perfect time to install new habits, as children are relearning classroom rules and are primed for learning new rules at home as well. This is the perfect time to set new habits for their personal health.

Tip 3 – Explain with simple words and demonstrations

Be sure to instruct as well as demonstrate. Help them understand that skin is like a brick wall...to avoid an invasion of allergens and viruses, you need to shore up the defenses.
