今年9 月，2015 年度上海市“白玉兰纪念奖”授奖仪式在上海静安香格里拉酒店举行，共有来自19 个国家的50 位外籍人士获此殊荣。“白玉兰纪念奖”是上海市政府自1989 年设立的对外表彰奖项，每年颁授一次，旨在表彰和鼓励为上海经济建设、社会发展和对外交往作出突出贡献的外籍友人。今年，圣东尼（上海）针织机器有限公司的首席执行官Gianpietro Belotti（杰安彼得·柏罗第）也荣膺此奖，成为近两年金山区获奖的唯一外籍人士。
"2015 Shanghai Magnolia Award” was held in Jingan Shangri-la Hotel in September this year, 50 foreigners from 19 different countries won the honor. Government set Magnolia Award since 1989 for foreigners who contributes to industry economy and social development. Award releases once a year. Mr. Gianpietro Belotti, CEO of Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co.Ltd, is the first one from Jinshan who won this honor in recent 2 years.
柏罗第是意大利人，2004 年初来到上海，作为意大利罗纳地集团
的代表开始在金山选址建厂，从此常驻金山。
Gianpietro Belotti comes from Italy, he came to Shanghai in the beginning of 2004 when Lonati group starts to invest in Jinshan Shanghai, from then on, he settled down in Jinshan.
2005 年1 月，圣东尼（上海）针织机器有限公司正式落户山阳镇，当时只是临时租用一幢楼的简单办公室与生产车间，员工只有6人。如今，圣东尼已是占地3万余平方米、拥有300 多名雇员的现代化针织机器生产基地并满足了世界近90%的无缝机需求。
In Jan of 2005, Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd was founded in Shanyang Town of Jinshan, at very beginning, we started with a simple and humble rental space used as a factory and we had only 6 employees in total. After 10 years, now Santoni is a standardlized modern company inside knitting industry with more than 30,000 square meter official factory and 300 regular employees. Santoni has covered 90% of seamless machines sales from worldwide market.
在公司生产中，柏罗第也十分关注环保问题，坚持低噪音生产、少纸化办公等，尽量减少工业对于民生的影响。
Comparing with production and sales, Belotti also cares about environmental protection, Santoni insists low-noise production, paper-less office, trying to reduce the impact to people’s livelihood caused by industrial pollution.
“我最成功、最重要的人生阶段都是在中国度过的。在中国这么多年逐步建立起自己的事业，可以和这么多员工一起努力，让自己的社会价值得到实现。也许在上海、在其他地方可以获得更多的金钱，但是在金山，我可以看到我们集体对社会的贡献。”柏罗第说。
“Most successful and important stage of my life was spent in China. I have built up my job career during these years in China, is my pleasure to work with all Santoni staff to approach more values. Maybe in Shanghai downtown or anywhere else where can offer me more money, but it is in Jinshan that I can find our joint-contribution to the whole society.” Gianpietro Belotti says.
