There are thousands of awesome video games on Baopals. The only problem for non-Chinese speakers is that the majority of them are Chinese language versions. Naturally, Chinese-language games sell more here in China, which means you'll be seeing these games instead of English games when you browse.
Here's a handy guide to narrowing your search down to show English only versions of video games.
First, go to the games category of your choice. We'll use Playstation games as an example. Then — and this is key — switch to Tmall only to show only games from Tmall sellers.
Usually when you're on a Baopals category, switching to Tmall only will introduce a whole range of new filters to refine your search, like so:
From here, you can set the language classification as English, and boom! You'll see just the English games.
Note: You could also filter games by region such as U.S., Europe, and/or Hong Kong (which have both Chinese and English language options).
Oh, and more more thing. If you're wondering how you might find the Video Games category in the first place, it's all about the breadcrumbs! Breadcrumbs are what we call the navigation links near the top of any product page. They show you Taobao/Tmall categories and subcategories that your product is grouped in.
Simply click on the category or subcategory, and you'll find many more great products.
