I input my address in English and/or Pinyin. Will the delivery man be able to find my address?

If you are able to input your address in Chinese, then we recommend it. However, if you don’t feel like your Chinese is up to par, then you can put your information in English and Pinyin and our team will translate the address into Chinese on your behalf. Just make sure that you provide us with the province, city, street, building, and apartment number and we’ll manage the rest!

 

How long will it take my package to arrive?

The majority of items arrive within 5 days of your order being placed. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery times as Taobao & Tmall is made up of millions of individual sellers all over China. You can always check the seller’s shipping speed rating on the product page. If you see a shipping rating over 4.7 coupled with a high seller volume, then it’s a safer bet you’ll get your item quickly.




Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Simply follow the steps below to track your items.


Step 1: After you are logged in, you can access your Order History through the My Account page or by clicking on My Orders in the top right of thescreen.




Step 2: After clicking on Order History/My Orders you will be redirected to the following page:




Step 3: Click on View Details of the order you wish to track and you will be redirected to the Order Details page.




Step 4: Now simply click on In Transit for the item you wish to track and detailed, albeit poorly translated, information will appear.





I’m getting a “No Results” page when I try to track my items. What’s going on?

If you are seeing a “No Results” page after clicking on In Transit, then it most likely signifies that the seller hasn’t shipped your item yet. It is not unusual for a seller to ship a day or two after the order has been placed. We allow all sellers up to 3 days to ship an item before we take action. If a seller hasn’t shipped within 5 days and has been unresponsive, we will cancel the order and issue you a full refund.


When viewing the tracking info, I’m seeing my item marked as “received” but I never got my item!

Don’t worry! Your package is most likely very near. If you are not at home to receive a delivery, the delivery man will give you a ring. If you fail to answer thecall or you are unable to communicate, then the delivery man will do one of the following:


  1. Leave your package with compound security

  2. Leave your package with the management office or reception

  3. Leave your package by your door

  4. Leave the package at a local convenient store


Ask around your compound where packages may get delivered. Some delivery men will leave packages in unsuspecting locations. If you are still unable to find your item, please contact baopals customer service via email or WeChat and we will track down your missing item(s).


Note: If you notice that your item is being sent back to the seller, please contact customer service and we will rearrange your delivery.
